As I was checking into this hotel the entire lobby smelled like marijuana. I checked in, took my luggage, and got directly on the elevator. First, I seen 2 dead bugs in the elevator. As the door opened to my floor I immediately noticed the carpet was black and filthy. Not just one spot, the entire hallway was black. Like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. I opened my room door, walked in and right away I noticed baby cockroaches on the floor near the wall. I left immediately and was issued a refund with no questions asked. It’s almost as if this happens often. The lady at the desk wasn’t surprised or didn’t ask any questions. This place is disgusting.
