A garage converted to an apartment. It feels like home close to Disney theme parks, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Aquatica, Volcano Bay, Island of Adventure, and Universal. The apartment is also very close to restaurants and supermarkets. The space has an independent entrance, the guests will get the key to enter. The apartment is annexed to the main home. It is private. Area: 329.42 square feet, 30.6 square meters. No smoking of any kind, please. Pets are welcome, 1 pet only with a $25 charge per stay, it must be included when the reservation is made.

The place was originally the garage of the house converted to an independent apartment.

The place has a Central Air conditioning Unit with a thermostat inside the main house, if the guests feel cold, there is the option of space heaters inside the place for their convenience. The temperature of the central air conditioning is set 72-74 degrees Fahrenheit or 22.2-23.3 degrees Celsius. There is a WASHER and a DRYER. A pet is welcome. A pet is welcome. There is a pet fee ($30 per stay). It needs to be added to the reservation.

Everything about this place is perfect for a weekend getaway! We come and stay here once a year to visit the springs and this time we went to Kelly Springs which is 30mins away and we had the most amazing time. I really needed a blender for my morning smoothies and the host were so kind to let me borrow one. Thank goodness! I highly recommend this home!

Overall great stay and would recommend. Easy to find and accurate directions and checkout smooth. Could benefit from some enhanced cleaning including dust in places like exhaust fan and wood surfaces and found some hair on bathroom floor which probably shouldn’t be there. Many other nice touches in the unit are great and would encourage me to stay there again.

Not exactly what we thought we were walking into but still very very nice. It is just a garage that was remodeled which we didn’t realize from the pictures. Bed was comfortable and shower was good lots of hot water. Only major thing was the fridge was different than the pictures and we brought a lot of food for the weekend and it got pretty full fast as the current one is more of a mini fridge. It was a very seamless process never really saw the hosts at all. Over all house was clean had quite a few mosquitoes inside when we first got there but those were easy to get rid of. Great stay very quite never worried about going out at night. Quiet and pretty neighborhood. Definitely would stay again if I was ever looking for a place small.
