Welcome to Casa Meridiana, our beautifully restored Tuscan farmhouse in the heart of the countryside, just a short walk from the medieval village of Lari.

Here, Tuscany feels a little different.

Rather than being surrounded by busy tourist resorts, you can wake up to views across the rolling hills, wander into the village for an espresso or dinner, spend the afternoon beside your own private pool, and finish the day with a glass of wine watching the sun disappear behind Lari Castle.

The house sleeps up to 7 guests across three bedrooms, making it ideal for families and groups of friends, but it is equally special for couples looking for a peaceful Tuscan escape.

THE HOUSE

Casa Meridiana has been renovated to combine the character of a traditional Tuscan farmhouse with the comforts you want from a modern holiday home.

There is a comfortable living area, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with plenty of space to relax both inside and outside.

The house has air conditioning for the warmer months and heating for cooler evenings, with a pellet stove adding an extra cosy touch in autumn and winter.

There is also a little reading nook and coffee area, because mornings in Tuscany deserve to start properly.

OUTSIDE

The private garden is where you'll probably spend most of your summer.

Take a morning swim, relax around the pool, enjoy lunch outside or open a bottle of wine in the evening while looking towards the village and castle.

The pool makes Casa Meridiana particularly suited to summer family holidays, while the views and peaceful setting make the garden enjoyable throughout the year.

LARI IS ON YOUR DOORSTEP

One of the things we love most about Casa Meridiana is its location.

You don't have to drive everywhere.

Lari is a real Tuscan village rather than a purpose-built tourist resort, with local restaurants, cafés, shops and the magnificent Castello dei Vicari.

You can spend an evening wandering through the village, stop for dinner and walk home afterwards.

It's Tuscany at a slower pace.

TUSCANY WITHOUT THE CROWDS

Casa Meridiana is ideally positioned for exploring some of Tuscany's best-known destinations while giving you somewhere peaceful to come back to.

Pisa is an easy trip away, and Lucca, Florence, Siena and the Tuscan coast are all within reach by car.

Pisa Airport is approximately 25 minutes away, making Casa Meridiana particularly convenient for a long weekend or shorter break.

And when you don't feel like sightseeing, you don't have to.

Sometimes the best day is simply a coffee in Lari, lunch somewhere local, an afternoon by the pool and a bottle of wine back at the house.
