We are on septic system, so no female products in the toilet. No food scraps or harsh chemicals in sinks.

So glad we found this gem! Photos do not do it justice. We somehow got amazing sunrises and sunsets! A well-marked trail that starts at the property leads to a stunning overlook. The inside space was well-appointed and comfortable.

Lovely location. Near to shops but also out of the way. The kitchen was nice for us to make our own dinner. Awesome trails on property.

We had a great stay! Very homey and "rustic" feeling (without actually being rustic) which made for a great mountain vacation. The views are absolutely beautiful as well.

Great, peaceful location with an amazing view of the mountains. Nearby restaurants, hot sprints and parks for hiking. I would highly recommend and may make a trip back some day with my wife.

This place has the most spectacular views! It was quiet and peaceful - just what we needed! You will need all wheel or 4-wheel drive if you come in the winter since there are hairpin turns.The cabin is quaint but comfortable. We would come again

Great place to stay. The views from 8200 ft are amazing. Super quiet stay for us since noone was living upstairs during our stay. Only minor disruptions from the property being sold and some work being completed ahead of the closing date.

Delightful stay

The property was very clean and nicely furnished. The property is somewhat remote, but that adds to the charm of the place and affords tremendous views of the Rockies.

We had a stellar time at The Cabin! The accommodations were great, and the location was perfect for our itinerary of adventures. We especially loved the hike up behind the house, and the fantastic view of the valley and mountains. Having a Jeep, the switchback driveway was fantastic, and proved to be excellent practice for driving the nearby Little Bear Creek Road, and some other roads we’d encounter later in our trip. Aleksandra was wonderful with communication and super patient as we worked out some issues with VRBO on our end. All in all, an excellent experience, fully worthy of the 10/10’s!

This Evergreen apartment was beautifully situated and perfectly peaceful. Located on a mountainside, the views of the surrounding mountains are so picturesque. At night, the full moon is framed just outside the living room window, bright enough to light up the patio walkway. There is a trail that starts just a few feet from the front slider door and winds around to a lookout point perched alongside the mountain. There are even wild growing, flowering cactus on the path. The apartment has everything needed for a stay, even things unexpected but very useful. Our time spent there was private, quiet, and completely relaxing. The nearby town has many restaurant choices, small boutiques, and craft shops to stroll. For some outdoor activities, there are trails both close to the apartment and others that will find you discovering water falls and trout streams. All within 30 minutes drive or less. Red Rocks is also just a 30 minute drive, perfect to catch a concert. We love our stay here and hope to make it back someday soon. We are grateful for the opportunity to stay here, as it is truly a special place. Thank you! It's a wonderful thing you do for others.

Peaceful and Serene

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! The views are absolutely stunning, and during our stay we had Broad-tailed Hummingbirds visiting their feeder frequently which was such a treat. Truly a mountain getaway if you're in need of some peace and quiet. The location was perfect for us, everything we had planned was within 30 minutes or less including Red Rocks. We would love to stay here again!

My wife and I had a great time. Beautiful snowcaps visible from front door! Walking trails on property to some scenic spots. Easy access to local trails for more impressive views. Apartment offered everything we wanted for a comfortable 4 night stay
