Other details to note:
✅PERFECT FOR ALL SEASONS: While air conditioning is not available (mountain properties like ours seldom need it since the temperatures are usually mild throughout the year), the cabin is equipped with fans and heating for year-round comfort.

✅WI-FI: The Wi-Fi password will be visible on VRBO upon your confirmed booking.

💰EARLY CHECK-IN FEE: $50 (subject to availability)

💰LATE CHECK-OUT FEE: $50 (subject to availability)
➡️Late check-out is only applicable to reservations that have paid the $50 late check-out fee in advanced. Late check-out can only be added to the reservation prior to the check-out date. If you request late check-out on check-out day or overstay past the normal 10:00 am check-out time then the late check-out fee is $100.
➡️Modifications to check-in or checkout times are not allowed without prior authorization +72hrs in advance.
➡️Unapproved late check-outs will incur an additional charge of $20 per 10 minutes beyond the agreed-upon check-out time & will be verified by smart lock & security camera logs.

❌NO PARTIES: Any noise/party complaints will incur additional fees & VRBO penalties.

❌NO SMOKING: You'll be charged an extra cleaning fee!

❌No animals allowed. For undisclosed pets/service animals brought into the listing, there is an automatic ejection with no refund and a $250 cleanup fee.
