Private Studio Retreat with Garden & Own Entrance

A comfortable, self-contained private garden studio near Dorking, ideal for short breaks, business stays and longer visits to Surrey.
The studio has its own private entrance and a small garden area for guests to enjoy. Inside, the open-plan accommodation provides a sleeping area, comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom, giving you everything you need for an independent stay.
There is a 40-inch flat-screen Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, ventilation system and dehumidifier. Folding garden chairs are also provided for use outside.
The studio is pet friendly, so well-behaved dogs are very welcome.
Access & parking
The property is approximately 50 yards along Rough Rew, just after the postbox. Look for the outdoor steps between two tall trees, which lead down through the wooden gate to your private entrance.
There is no private driveway, but free public on-street parking is available nearby on Rough Rew.
Please note that this is a basement property accessed by outdoor steps, so it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Your stay
Guests have private use of the studio, entrance, stairwell and small garden area. A key safe allows straightforward self check-in.
The location provides a convenient base for Dorking, the Surrey Hills and the surrounding Surrey countryside, whether you're visiting for work, exploring the area or simply looking for a comfortable place to relax.
