Wonderful stay!

Perfect!

This property is beautifully located! The pictures are accurately represented, but photos do not do the gorgeous views justice! The condo is also well equipped with everything you'd need. We bought some essentials from the local Walmart not realizing that many of the items we purchased were already present in the rental. There are also some beach toys, a tent for the sun, and even games to play when indoors. The only hiccup was the door entry code not working at arrival. The rental company's 24 hour maintenance was able to rectify this quickly. Thanks for a perfect vacation!

Awesome rental

We enjoyed our first trip to AMI. This property was perfect for my husband and two kids. Very close to the ocean, uncrowded beach, and the water was beautiful!

Great place and location and price!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Condo was very clean and up to date. Cooked a few times there and also grilled on the outdoor grill. Very nice to come off the beach and get in the pool. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo with an amazing location

Lovely condo with an amazing location! The condo had everything that we needed, and was in a perfect location walking distance to shops and steps from the beach. We also enjoyed the pool which was a nice break in the afternoon from the beach. We enjoyed our stay and our two kids had a blast on the beach and at the pool. We will definitely be back!

Private AMI

Having the private beach is so much better than fighting the crowd at Manatee. Lovely, clean, nicely furnished unit in a totally perfect location.

Loved it!

This was our first visit to AMI and we had a great time! The condo was exactly as described. We had a great view of the ocean and the screened-in balcony allowed us to enjoy it without bugs! The kids loved being able to go to the beach and then to the pool. The trolley stop was only about a block away which was very convenient. Just a quick tip if you're planning to rent a golf cart - make sure you get a gas cart. There is nowhere to plug in an electric cart at the property. Thanks for a wonderful trip! We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Clean, bed was super comfortable. Enjoyed the screened in porch, pool, walk out to beach. This place is a diamond for sure. I would go back again.

Amazing

This was our first trip to AMI and this condo was in the perfect location! Close to Walgreens, Publix, Ice cream and trolley stop. Condo had everything we needed! Beautiful beach and pool. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect for family of 4

Had a great stay here with two children. We were looking for a place "on the beach", which this satisfies but with a couple caveats. There is a gravel road and a small dune between the building and the beach, but it's still only approx 100yd walk to the water and not too far to go back for forgotten items or a restroom break. Beach view is 1/3 obstructed by another building (and a streetlight at night), but it still felt close and you can see/hear the waves. The unit itself was great - comfortable for a family and stocked with the essentials. A strip mall with several stores and restaurants was 2-3 blocks away - also very convenient.

Fabulous!

A walk to the beach but a short one. You can see your chairs and towels from the lanai and that makes it even more convenient! A few minor things I think they could do to make it better but I'm sure they're aware of them. Wife and kids LOVED our stay and that pretty much makes me love it more :)
