Great location for walking into downtown Frisco. VRBO was clean and neat. One double bed was too soft for our comfort but all other beds were satisfactory. Communication with the owner was excellent. Good Wi-Fi. Kitchen was small but well equipped for our purposes.Game room with TV, air hockey, and foosball was much appreciated.

Frisco Vacation

The town house was in a great location to walk to town. Our family of five adults & two children had plenty of room. The downstairs was a great set up for kids & their parents.The foosball & air hockey games along with the other house supplies games were great. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was complete with appliances, cooking equipment dishes. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay in Frisco. House was clean.

Spring Break Ski Trip

A group of five of us headed to Frisco / Copper for a week of skiing during the kids' spring break. The condo was perfect - plenty of room and configured nicely, the kitchen is well-stocked (unlike many VRBO's that are empty), and the location is terrific - short walk to Main St. when you're not in the mood to cook. Nothing but positive feedback.

Great Stay

We've stayed at a number of properties across the Midwest and this one, by far, was the most well supplied! I typically cook in advance due lack of kitchenware, but this unit had all the required basics! Also, I love radiant floors in the bathroom! Overall, a great stay that felt a lot like home!

Best place we've stayed at in Frisco

The owners clearly care about keeping the place nice. We like to include a couple of our adult children with spouses and a grandchild, so having 3 different rooms with a king or queen bed is perfect. The access to Main Street is good.

Fantastic vacation

We had a wonderful time in Frisco with family and skiing and Jeff and his condo made it even more memorable! Great location, easy walk to the bus pick up for skiing and to all the wonderful places on Main Street. Jeff was great to work with and very accommodating. House was perfect for our family of 5 to stay in the lower level and our extended family stayed in the bedrooms upstairs. Would highly recommend!

Big place, decent location.

We had a group of four couples. It’s a big place, good for 8 people. Lots of room. The gas grill actually works. Enough parking. Clean, comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again. Frisco always has good food options and this place is a ten minute walk from almost all of them.

Wonderful condo

This condo was exactly as presented in the VRBO website. It was well stocked, clean, and very convenient. Entrance is on the first floor so only three steps required, which was nice. There’s ample parking right out front. It is located about 10 minutes from Copper Mountain and about 25 minutes from A-Basin, making it super convenient for two big resorts. Val and Beaver Creek are also a very reasonable distance. We were there in February 2024 for five days of skiing and had a wonderful time. The owner was easily reachable by phone or text and made sure our stay was very comfortable. Highly recommend this condo.

Everything we needed!

The property had plenty of room for 9 of us. We had a diverse group including two families of 3 and we were able to make the bunk room and master work downstairs for the families. We enjoyed walking downtown after a day of skiing to enjoy the sunset and check out the shops. Foosball was a big hit with the kids. Also well stocked with games!! Kitchen was well stocked with spices and other items you take for granted when at home. We were grateful for that!

Location, Location, Location

This spacious condo—4 bedrooms, 3 baths— put us walking distance to Frisco Main St with great restaurants and great shopping AND easy drives to great skiing—4 areas within easy reach. The condo is comfy, furnished & equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. The host is easy to work with. A great place for a family ski vacation

Great basecamp for snowboarding!

We stay in a bunch of homes when we vacation, will review the things that matter to us, all of them were stellar here! Kitchen utensils, cookware, etc - Everything you needed, everything in good shape. Overall things in working order - Nothing was not working, that is almost a first for us, appreciate that! Overall cleanliness and odor - Very clean, no funky smells, no animals allowed here and it shows. Had coffee, lots of condiments left in fridge (that is fine with us, germ people might not use them), owner had a bottle of wine as a gift on table. Love this simple thing. There was multiple rolls of quality toilet paper in each bathroom, kitchen was stocked with 3 rolls of quality paper towels. Also, lots of bath and hand towels for the whole group. Bedrooms were perfect for mine and my brothers families, 4 adults 5 teens. Overall great place and would absolutely stay again next time we visit!

Great location and condo

The condo is located within walking distance of the Main Street. It was able to accommodate our larger group in comfort. The owners were responsive and great to work with. I would highly recommend.

Frisco Peak One, December 2023

My family had a great vacation in Frisco between Xmas and New Years 2024. Jeff is a terrific host, check-in was simple, the house was very clean, well equipped, perfect for our family of 8. Location is ideal, short walk to Frisco for dining (highly recommend Bread and Salt for breakfast, Prosit for lunch or dinner, Vinny's for dinner), grand children playtime at Walter Byron park. 5 minute drive to grocery stores and ORB (best brewery in Summit County). We skied Breck and Keystone, easy drive to both. Highly recommend Peak One, will stay there again in the future.

Delightful Frisco Condo

Perfect location - two blocks from Main Street and close proximity to Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail and Beaver Creek. Great place for a family and it had all of the items one needs when renting a place. Beds were very comfortable and the owners were very easy to work with and they were very helpful. We would stay there again.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay in Jeff's VRBO! It was a very clean, family friendly, and beautiful woodwork. The games in the basement were a hit! There was a bit of noise from the people in the condo above our unit, but something we could easily get past. Overall a very good experience!

Great ski base camp

The house is very much as described in the listing. The main level has 2 bedrooms - each with bathroom. The kitchen/dining/living area is pretty good. It's not huge. Downstairs there are two more bedrooms and another big lounge area. If you have a big group that wants to entertain together then maybe not ideal. If you have teens or some who want to be a bit apart, then it's perfect. We really enjoyed our stay here. It's quiet, but close to everything we wanted.

Frisco Ski Trip

Family ski trip - we picked Frisco to be centrally located to Vail, Beaver Creek, and Breckenridge. The condo was well stocked and had lots of room to relax and hang out together.

Family Ski Trip

This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 kids. Our yougest grandson asked if we could come back again. :) The host was responsive and checked in to make sure everything was ok. We would definitely stay here again.

Five Stars in Frisco

Great location to town and mountains. Comfortable layout for entertaining. As described. Stocked kitchen, all the spices, oil and even brownie mix!! Knives need sharpening :) Jeff was great to work with and very accommodating. Felt like home away from home.

This condo is incredible because of its size and location. We love spending time with friends and with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and two family room living areas, there is plenty of room to stretch out and entertain a group. Plus, this property has an ideal location. It is a short 2 block walk to Main St. Frisco to grab a coffee, get dinner or stroll the shops. Hiking & bike trails are right out the back door, and the free summit stage shuttle to Copper or Breck is a short walk as well.

Everyone knows the Colorado mountains are a great place to be in the winter and summer. You can ski nearby at numerous mountains in the winter and bike, hike and fish in the summer. What people don't realize is that the fall and spring are also incredible times to visit. The fall has incredible colors, festivals and events and the spring is a great time to relax or catch a late season snow.
