LAのすぐ北にあるとても静かな小さな村にある美しいツリーハウスコテージ。 ユニオン駅、ハリウッドボウル、ステープルズセンター、ビーチだけでなく、ロサンゼルスやハリウッド周辺の人気の高い目的地に行くことができるゴールドラインメトロまで徒歩5分です。 1905年以来、フェアオークスの元薬局とソーダ噴水があった有名で歴史的なルート66からすぐです。 ローズパレードのスタート地点、フロートラインナップ、ローズボウルまで約2マイルです。 小さな町には素敵なレストランがあり、お気に入りの飲み物を吸収したり、ライブエンターテイメントを楽しむためのアイリッシュパブもあります。
ドジャースタジアムは車またはライドシェアで短い距離にあり、チャイナタウンのすぐ隣にあります。 近隣のパサデナは、もちろん、「食の楽園」と「するべき不思議の国」のまったく別の世界です。

Perfect stay

Beautiful tiny cozy and extremely well designed apartment with thoughtful touches comfortable bed and everything we could need for our stay. Host is wonderful and if we find ourselves in Pasadena again we will definitely stay here.

Awesome accommodation

We stayed almost four weeks. The place was very clean, very well stocked with paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, etc. super convenient to walk to dinner, or coffee, or farmers market. We’d stay again.

Super clean and well appointed. Quiet location with off-street parking. Many restaurants a short walk away. Our week long stay was so very enjoyable! Michelle and Kenny were superb, attentive, and friendly hosts who made our stay stress free! We have stayed in local hotels in prior years, but found our stay here so much better than those. The apartment was great. Just what I needed for 2 people. Clean, well stocked and in a great neighborhood. Was in walking distance of nice restaurants, coffee and bars. Everything else was a short Uber ride away. Host left clear instructions for how everything worked. All in all I’d totally stay here again.

Great stay!

Very nice above garage apartment in a cute neighborhood. We enjoyed a short walk in the mornings to grab a latte at a neighborhood coffee shop. Michelle was very helpful in recommending restaurants, etc. Will book again in the future!

Pasadena weekend with granddaughter

Our goal was to get within walking distance to our granddaughter. This rental was perfect and is as good as it shows. Price was right and a good value. We would definitely stay again.

Location is perfect. Have been here 3x now. Close to heart of S. Pasadena within walking distance. As a single traveler always feels comfortable here. Owner is very accommodating and always easy to reach if needed.

A delightful place!!

This wonderful place is so perfect, it makes a delightful stay in south Pasadena. The apartment has everything you need. Great for a couple! Just a short walk to great coffee (Jones) and really great food—especially breakfast: the Harvest Grill. Walking around the neighborhood is also a pleasure. Very quiet and comfortable. A great place to stay!

Fantastic!

We went to the Rose Bowl and Parade and this place was perfectly located to be out of the hubub but close enough for easy access to all of the festivities. It was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The sheets were silky soft. The kitchen was updated and cute and just what we needed for a couple of days on the go.

It was a nicely furnished, thoughtful and comfortable place to stay on a busy weekend. Well decorated, with home appliances and kitchen staples. It was quiet and the bed was really comfortable. I had a lot of trouble with the VRBO app and website, but Michelle was very quick to respond to direct messages and made me feel much better about getting there. Thanks!

Great place!

Description and photos are accurate. Clean, comfortable, secure and convenient. Michelle is a wonderful host. This was my second time here as a solo traveler. For 3 weeks it was my home away from home while visiting family and friends. Having your own washer and dryer is an extra plus. The location is perfect in historic S.Pasadena and very walkable to great restaurants, shops, coffee houses and the train. I plan to book again next year.

This wonderful location makes big impressions with a small town feel. The property is incredibly well situated as a suburb of Los Angeles. It is close to many, many great and historic options for dining, entertainment and tourist attractions, but still retains a quiet, secluded quality. We love to be able to walk everywhere in town. We walk for groceries, to catch a ball game on TV at a local bar and to take the metro gold line into Pasadena for shopping and trying new restaurants, for example. There is truly so much to do close by that we always have easy-going options for whatever we want to do. And we love the people here.
