Nice condo great location

We had a great stay. Condo was clean and very nice and the location was perfect. 1/2 mile from beautiful beech! Only issue we had was the water pressure in the master shower. There was none so we all used main bathroom shower.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable, clean. Only a few minutes from the beach, huge clean pool. Very easy to check in and out. We would absolutely come back to this place.

location is good and very clean

Some facilities are weak so broke easily. I was very embarrassed when it broke. And I didn't think know where the trash bag put.

2nd Year at Palm Bay

We did 401 last year, and 408 this year. Very similar units. We like Palm Bay, the place is clean with decent access to Whitecap Beach. The Restaurants in the area (including Port Aransas) are still mostly closed for dine in due to the 25% COVID occupancy restrictions, but several take out options exist. We will probably stay here again next year, I love the first floor configuration, we come in and out a lot and rental houses on 18ft tall piers get to be a bit tiresome. These units are basic, but clean, and the Palm Bay complex is a friendly and quiet family place.

People that live here harass

We love the condo. We stayed here before and had no issues. Some lady that apparently lives here approached me at the pool, questioning me and my occupancy limit. I followed all the rules, had no issues with any other people there, actually made some friends that live there. But being approached about what I am doing, when I AM FOLOOWING every rule laid out, was rude and incomprehensible. Probably won’t be back here, and I’ll make sure to tell my family and friends that frequent that is establishment, NOT to come back. Not when you pay good money, and get harassed by people for nothing. I’m planning on putting a formal complaint with the general manager. Was very disappointed. Very convenient to the beach. Great swimming pool.

Convenient location but the condo is showing some wear and tear.

Great Stay!!!

The place was clean. The rental and check-in process was seamless. The property was clean and it provided all the amenities you would need for a great vacation. The property is located less than 5 minutes from the beach. We will definitely use this property again and will recommend it highly to our family and friends.

Fantastic place

Had a great stay! Location was perfect.. half mile from the breach.. Easy check in and very clean.... would recommend to anyone. Only issue was the lack of water pressure in the master shower.. It was not usable.

Perfect little getaway!
