The unit itself is great, very roomy with a big comfy couch and nice clean beds.
The reason I gave this location a 3-star review is due to the poor customer service and attention from Vacasa rep during our stay.
Check-in Tuesday - Anytime we would cook, we were having an issue with the AC system not cooling the unit. I called Vacasa and was told someone would be sent to fix the issue, but no one showed up. Wednesday nobody showed or called. We were forced to sleep in 85-degree temperature that night. Thursday came and went, and nobody showed up. Friday morning, I called to get a status but was told I would get a call back, but I didn't. Friday afternoon, a representative texts me pictures of the thermostat informs me that the temp was fine, but I had to call her and explain the issue in detail. She then states that a technician will have to look at it further, but no one shows up.
Saturday afternoon towards the evening, like clockwork, the AC system starts to fail and keeps the unit at about 79-82 degrees. To make this experience any more miserable, there were 2 infants in the house.
The unit is beautiful in a great location close to the beach. I would probably consider another stay in the future, but Vacasa needs to take customer concerns a lot more seriously especially considering the prices they charge.
