This family-friendly condo is conveniently surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and watersports-related businesses. Unwind under the sun on your private waterfront deck furnished with plenty of chairs and even loungers so you can comfortably work on your tan. The air-conditioned living area provides guests with another great spot to relax - stream a favorite movie or series on the smart TV with cable and get ready for a thrilling evening at home! When mealtime comes around, the kitchen will be ready to help you prepare everything that comes to mind thanks to all the incredible appliances and cookware. The dining table is right off of the kitchen and seats up to six people comfortably.

This retreat has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Each bedroom has a smart TV with cable and AC units for added convenience. Additional perks include central AC and a private washer/dryer.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: Guests need a pass for trailer parking.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
