The only thing wrong with the weekend was The water was turned off on the downstairs bathroom, only 2 parking spots for 8-10 adults, and there were no extra sheets, pillows, or blankets for the sofa bed.Great location for the beach and fishing. We had a blast at the barefoot Mardi Gras!

Amenities were great. Larger than it looked in the photos! 2 minutes from the beach which is very convenient with kids and there’s multiple EXCELLENT food spots just outside the gate by the pool.

It’s wonderful that the pool was perfect for the little ones. Regarding the early check-in and late check-out, we completely understand how having more flexibility with those times can make a big difference. Our standard check-in time is 4 PM, and early check-in is only available if the home is ready ahead of schedule, which we notify guests about on the day of arrival. As for late check-out, it is offered as an add-on for a fee when eligible, with the standard check-out time being 10 AM. We truly appreciate your understanding, and your feedback helps us continue to improve the guest experience. We hope to have another chance to impress you in the future.

The location is very nice. We enjoyed being close to the beach, several restaurants, as well as the market. Our children enjoyed the community pool and the bunk beds. The neighborhood was peaceful and easy to get to.

Great place to stay with family. Only complaint is pool Is a little small for the amount of people who can stay in the complex. Like the location close to stores and the beach!

Condo was clean. Easy instructions for check in and check out. Pool was perfect for the littles. Only complaint was that early check in, even just slightly earlier, was not an option (reg check-in was not until 4pm). And later check out was available (reg time was 10am), but you had to pay extra for it.

It was quite nice. We enjoyed our stay.

The inside was very clean, but the back porch had beer bottle caps and cigarette butts out there and one fence board was coming off of the fence and it had nails sticking out of it. The pool was awesome and the condo location is very close to the beach and shops.

The floors were not clean and left our feet black. The rest of the house walls clean. The condos were close to the beach and other activities.

Perfect for family trip

Celebrated our baby's first birthday and our kids first time to the beach. It was perfect! Only comment is maybe stock some pantry items like salt, pepper, spices and oil. Also bath mats and entry mats for the doors would help trap some water and sand in certain parts of the house.

The house had clear signs of a long summer season- damage to walls, broken or braking patio furniture & limited silverware. 4 forks but many spoons & knives. When a request for more forks was put in we were told it was policy to only provided silverware for the amount of guests but that didn’t match with the spoons or knives. Or dishes. No spare linens or blankets for any room excpet the primary. Playground has been taken down by the HOA yet it’s still listed as an amenity & one of the main reasons we choose to stay.

Good place for kids!

This is the second year in a row I’ve stayed in this apartment complex. This particular house was awesome minus a few little critiques. The master shower had an unsightly hole that had been repaired, dryer did not work, and the cabinets in the kitchen were starting to fall apart from what looked like water damage. But truthfully I would stay again cause the location is great plus an awesome pool for the kids!

True to the listing

Everything was beautiful and clean. The neighborhood was great.It was in its own secluded area. The pool area was wonderful as well. I didn't realize the couch had a pull out bed as well till later. It is decorated very nice. There was plenty of towels and also beach towels for our big family. The beds were comfortable and even the kids bunk beds felt comfortable. There pillows were awesome. I definitely would like to come back. My kids wish that we could live in it. And so would I. It was plenty of room and spacious. Im so glad we found this listing!

It was fine. That’s it. They didn’t even have enough silverware for us to eat 1 meal together. There was multiple things broken in the home. Honestly some hooks outside on the porch would have been amazing to help dry things. The pool was dilapidated. The pictures are not doing it justice. The little pool/splash pad area only has the blue pole in the pics. None of the other play stuff. The playground is broken and our kids couldn’t even climb up into it to play. No shade on the playground either. We also were under the impression the pool was by our back porch. And it states “mini golf” in the amenities. So that’s confusing bc there is not mini golf. There were several things broken in the home. And a large hole in the back door that all the air just went right out of. Overall we had a place to sleep and it was clean enough and we made the best of it.

Family vacay

Property was pretty nice. Smelled nice and clean as we walked in. Everything was as pictured. The downstairs sink was pretty slow draining, you had to turn off water while you brushed or it would fill up but no biggie. A few things looking pretty worn, in downstairs bath and shower floor was repaired in a quite ugly way. Parking was rough. Everything was very packed in and not much room to maneuver. We had 2 full size pickups and if it wasnt for my husband being extremely experienced at moving large vehicles around it would have not been workable. The complex was small and packed but there was no trouble and it was quiet at night which I appreciated. One thing though is if it says its oceanfront it wasnt at all it was a close drive but not oceanfront.

Family vacation after deployment

I was extremely disappointed and disgusted. I wanted to leave, but I spent a lot of money on my stay here. I first thought it was a nice place by the outside. I went to check out the place and the back door is hard to open/close/lock. When we used the sink the garbage disposal made the whole place smell like rotten fish. The Wi-Fi was not on and the cable was disconnected. The pillows were stained yellow. The fan in the master room needs to be replaced, it made so much noise when turned on. Lots of light bulbs were burnt out. There was a 10-11 inch crack/hole in the shower floor downstairs. The water was leaking under the shower. The shower upstairs did not drain properly, filling up the tub. Stains on the couch and stairs. Chipped paint on walls. I will not be returning or recommending anyone to stay here. I was disappointed at the pool area as well the pool had lots of leaves and sand and at nightfall there was insufficient lighting. Most of the bulbs need changing.

Very nice condo! Beds were comfortable and the A/C worked great. Unlike other condos we’ve stayed in, this condo does not have any of the essentials, like spices, salt and pepper, etc...so plan ahead and bring your own. The lockbox is a bit of a challenge and probably needs some sort of directions for customers. We spent 45 minutes trying to lock the door our first day. Even tried to contact the rental company for help, but they never responded to our call or text message until the next morning! :( The parking lot is extremely small and the parking spots are even smaller. The day we were due to leave, I couldn’t get my driver door open because the car next to me was so close. I had to crawl through the passenger side. The drive to the beach is very easy and only about a mile away. I will tell you, if you are wanting to rent a golf cart, you cant if you are staying here due to the resort being right off the highway and not having a back way to get to and from, from the beach. The pool is a lot smaller than the pictures online show. It was jammed packed everyday to the point of us never being able to use or enjoy it. Kind of a bummer, as we looked forward to that after a long day at the beach. Overall, this is a nice, clean condo that’s close to the beach and great for families.

Hidden Gem

Perfect, clean spot to sneak away to. Literally 2min drive to the beach. 1 min drive, if that, to the nearest convenience store for beverages. A simple stroll, through the provide gate opening, to Rock n Rolls sushi spot, which is a must! Quiet area, great pool to chill, especially with a children’s pool that is delightfully thought of. I would book again with zero regrets.

Good size

This is a good size property for our family of 5. My issue was with the company hosting. The wifi was down the entire time. They told me to unplug the router. We did many times. I told them it still did not work, they said they would call around to see if something was down in the area and call me back. I never received a call back. I told them the batteries in the master bedroom remote were dead, they did nothing to help with that. There were dirty towels on the floor in the laundry room, they were not ours, so I did not touch them. The property is nice, just not sure about the host company.
