The host was welcoming, and the house was great. The only thing I would suggest is explaining that the bedroom without a bathroom had bi-fold doors, which limited privacy. One door was off the track, and we couldn't get it back on. Also, the WIFI service went out often, so the TV wouldn't work.

Perfect family getaway spot

My family and I enjoyed this property immensely! A perfect spot for a family getaway. The layout of the home is great for a big group, or just one family. Super clean, kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We will definitely be coming back to this property soon.

convenient location to downtown Oceanside and downtown Carsblad. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for a party of 7 adults.

Awesome place!

I have stayed at a few places in the area as I visit often, but this one takes the cake! Huge space with lots of room. We had a large group and we’re super comfortable. Check in process was a breeze as well. We will definitely be back!

there is no dry beach accross the street from the house, but the pier with dry beach is just a mile away. Great spot!

Extremely relaxing stay in Oceanside. Was very happy with the property. The check in documentation was a little interesting but not a big deal. Last night of our stay, ants were coming in from everywhere so not sure if that’s expected. Overall great stay and would recommend

Perfect Getaway

Can’t say enough about this house! The location was perfect! The space was amazing! Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy comfortably! Will stay here again! We thought parking was going to be an issue but there is plenty of parking on closer side streets. The view was great for evening sunsets! Coffee shop was walking distance and was great!

Great stay, very responsive

Five families in town for 18u Baseball tourney. House was perfect for our group with space to spread out and to come together. Has a few minor issues with sinks draining properly, gas canisters empty and the garage door malfunctioning but each was taken care of promptly without any interruptions. Would recommend this place highly

Spacious home with breathtaking views

I’d definitely rent this home again! The entire process was very easy from booking through checkout. The property management team was super responsive and pleasant. Everything was as advertised. There is limited beach access right by the home, but plenty within a mile. Lots of surfing action and dolphins in the area.

Could have been better. Not for families.

Overall, it was a mediocre stay. There were a few items that needed to be addressed. The hot tub never worked, the dishwasher worked every other time, the floors and table were not thoroughly cleaned. Although it looked cleaned, when wiped with a paper towel, it was dirty. You had to wear shoes as it was too dirty to go barefoot. Parking was not great. The garage was small which had to be accessed through an alley. The communication with the property manager was great however maintenance never showed up, nor did they left any notes notifying an attempt. There were three flights if stairs that were extremely unsafe. Lastly, there were ants.

60th Birthday Celebration

This property is Amazing! It is wonderful for a large group and the location is PERFECT to be able to walk/quick drive to Restaurants, Coffee shops, Bars, the Beach, the Train, etc. There is a wonderful kitchen that is perfect for staying in and making meals for a large group. The dining table is huge and accommodates your group as well. Living room area is nice for everyone to pull up a chair and hang out, Watch a Padre game or whatever. The rooftop deck was great! The marine layer was in so it was a little chilly out, but on the roof you are blocked by the wind somewhat so it was actually doable. The hot tub is great as well. There is a grill which was nice to use as well.The rooms are spaced perfectly apart so you don't feel like your guests are on top of each other. The second smaller kitchen on the first floor is super handy for the guests downstairs. Although there are a significant amount of stairs, if you have someone in your party that can't go up and down so often, you could have them up where the main area is so they only need to use the stairs when heading out, OR stay on the lower level and you have the little kitchen and washer & dryer down there as well and never have to use the stairs. Rooms are large and each have a bathroom that is extremely roomy! Having a powder room on the 3rd floor by the kitchen was clutch as well!

Wonderful house, INCREDIBLE view, perfect location

We had the best time during our stay here. The house is amazing, and exactly as pictured. The rooms are gorgeous and the e layout is perfect for a large group. The VIEW. mind blowing. Location is great too, right in between Carlsbad and Oceanside- great bike rental spot right around the corner at SoCal Bikes. The only minor issue we had was contacting the property management company as we were checking in outside of their business hours and people from another unit were parked in front of our garage. Other than that, spectacular stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I had another great stay at this location. We rented this property, it’s twin right next to it (1724) and one of the apartments attached to it for our families coming to visit from KC. There were few improvements from our stay back in May, and we couldn’t have been happier! Check-in and check out is always easy. Definitely recommend this location. Whether it’s just for you and your significant other, or an entire family, you won’t be disappointed! The views alone are worth it.!

Great house for large groups!

This property was outstanding. There are six bedroom with either king or queen beds, plus at least two sofa beds between the two living room spaces. There are six bathrooms with showers and an additional half bath on the main living floor. Great views and patios looking out over the ocean. Plenty of space for everyone to find their own space when needed. If we had any improvements, they would be that it would be nice if there was a broom and I wish there had been better instructions for the hot tub because the control labels had become sun-faded and we had to just hit buttons until it turned off or on.
