Just steps to the lake this lake home offers a modern layout with open concept floor plan- kitchen, living/dining room provide multiple windows with fabulous lake views from every room. Fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, microwave, air fryer, juicer, coffee maker, & dishwasher. Dining table & kitchen island to accommodate plenty of seating. Living room has 58" TV, gas fireplace, buffet with wine fridge, extra large sectional, lots of games & puzzles to keep busy.
Master bedroom features a King Size Sleep Number i8 Smart Bed, 58" TV, master bath with walk in shower, French doors lead out to Hottub, wake up to beautiful lake views, sun rises, sounds of water surrounding nature & wildlife. Bedroom #2 has full /double size bed, 32"TV, lake views from window.
Bedroom #3 has twin bed, no TV. Entertaining outdoors includes a huge 24x24 ft deck. Deck has gas grill, patio sectional, & dining table. Relax in the Saltwater Hottub, rinse off in the outdoor shower, lay out on the sandy beach, bring your boat and park at the 100ft dock, or there’s always luck fishing off the dock. Have a bonfire on the beach in the firepit , large yard area for space to play games. Various yard games available in the shed, beach toys for kids, water floats, life jackets, Lilly Pad and 1 paddle board.
Conveniently located only 5 miles to Mystic Lake Casino.
