The house is really nice. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and very modern. There is a nice fireplace and huge TV. The couch and chair in the family room are electric and have reclining feet which is a must have in my opinion . The family room, however, is a bit small and can only fit about 3 guests comfortably. There is a foosball table and nice kitchen table and chairs in the living room but there are no window treatments, which is a little odd. Everyone from the street can see inside when you're in this room. Curtains or blinds would be nice to have. The house has all the cookware, keurig, plates, pots, pans, etc.. which makes it very convenient. I did notice that it was missing bar b Que tools, and adequate Tupperware. If you search, like I did for 2 weeks, the potholders are underneath the stove in the bottom drawer. Wish I found them sooner. Maybe having a guest book would be a good idea, for reference and things to do in the area. There is a good amount of starter supplies to keep you going for a few weeks. The driveway is nice and spacious and has a kids basketball hoop on it. The garage is on the smaller side and will fit an average size car inside but it won't fit a full sized pickup truck. I wish I knew that beforehand, so I didn't have to deal with snow and ice on my truck. The owner did come over and remove the snow when we had a storm. Great master, but window treatments let in light at night. Bathroom is A. Overall, very good, but priced a little high.
