This is my second time staying at this location. The owners communicate well and explain everything clearly about what is expected for check in and check out. The location is ideal to get to any attraction in the North Conway area.

What a great property. Big, lots of space, very comfortable. Everything you need is there. The views are beautiful from the deck. Close to all attractions in North Conway and surrounding area.

Fall Girls Weekend Away

This is the 3rd time we stayed at the condo. Very, very, clean. Close to activities. Space is great for a large group. Owner is great to deal with. Highly recommend this location & will probably rebook for next year.

Family Vacation

Thanks for sharing your vacation home. We love the area and haven’t been up there in several years. The home is in a perfect location, immaculate, comfortable for our group and had everything we needed! Communication with hosts Karen and Rich was easy. Highly recommend!

wonderful stay

The condo is in a perfect spot as we were skiing at Attitash and Wildcat. The drive to Attitash was about 5 minutes. The condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean and well appointed. The owners were also very attentive and couldn't have made it any better. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Really Nice Place

We loved the property; it was in great shape, very comfortable, really well laid out for our group. Very close to Attitash. Owner was very helpful in answering questions about the property and the local attractions. (PS: we got 10" of snow one night; we don't have 4WD, but had no problem getting out and back into the parking).

Weekend in the mountains

We loved this rental. The views were amazing. It was somewhat dated but that gave it a certain cozy charm. Beds were comfy and there was ample sleeping. Had everything we needed. Only downside was the basement smelled a little musky, but we didn’t need that living room space and could just avoid it for the most part. Overall it was a great spot for 2 families with young kids to stay and annoy Storyland which was under 10 minutes away.

2023 Summer Girls Weekend Away

This was our second stay at the condo. Super clean & well stocked. Had everything we needed. Lots of room to spread out. Close to all our activities. The owner is awesome to deal with. Keeps you informed on check in procedures, well documented instructions, very quick to reply. We have already rebooked for a fall trip.

The condo is in a great area and the views are amazing. Would be a beautiful place to stay in the fall when the leaves start changing! Close to area attractions but still has the feeling of being at a secluded mountain resort.

Excellent Space and Host!

This was our first trip in a long time, and of course I was a bit nervous. Karen, our host, walked me through the entire process and was so helpful from the time we reached out to rent all the way up until after check out. We would definitely come back again. Clean and well organized property, GORGEOUS views, and quiet serenity. Air conditioning was a plus - and there was plenty of space for us (a family of five) to spread out and do our own things. Kids loved the loft bedroom! Highly recommended.

Girls Weekend Away

The condo was great. It was super, super clean. Kitchen had all supplies we needed, well stocked with everything. Owner sent us a list of where everything was located in the kitchen which we found very helpful. Lots of space for people, bedrooms were big, bathrooms all very nice. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking coffee & viewing the mountains right in front of us. It will be breathtaking in the fall when the leaves change. Location was good.. close to everything. Owner was great to work with. Quickly answered questions, sent us a list of restaurants and activities. Would definitely rent this condo again. Thanks for a great stay

Great place!

This place was wonderful! Kids had their own area to hang out and the adults had thier own area. Bed rooms were spaced out so everyone had thier privacy. Clean and updated bathrooms. Beds were so comfy! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! Perfect location as well. Thank you for a great trip!

Wonderful Weekend!

The property was perfect for our weekend getaway. Plenty of room for all. Clean and comfortable.. Close to Conway and only a short drive to Canon Mtn and Mt Washington. Karen and Rich were prompt in answering questions and providing information. Would stay again if in the area.

Clean place in good location

This place was great. It was clean and comfortable with way more room than our two families needed. It was close to all the attractions, but it was far enough away to be quiet. It was also dark enough to see the stars, which was a bonus!

Perfect Spot

Great distance from North Conway, easy communication with owner and super clean. Everyone thought the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and there’s lots of games and movies (someone is very meticulous with there DVD collection). We were a book club that started during COVID and this was our 1st time meeting together face to face. We enjoyed movie night in the basement and cooking dinner together upstairs. NOTE: there are 4 floors to the condo so everyone basically had their own floor with their roommate, we had our own spaces and also community spaces, it was perfect.

We love the White Mountains and spent years visiting and vacationing here before we purchased this townhouse. We are avid skiers and also enjoy hiking and camping in the area. We rented at three other condo complexes for the winter season before selecting this one when we purchased our vacation home, so we know what is available in the area.

Spacious and comfortably fits 2 families. Excellent location that enables you to get to Attitash Mountain resort and Storyland quickly and also lets you get to North Conway, while avoiding the traditional traffic.

We fell in love with the view and never tire of sitting at the dining room table or deck and looking at the mountains and Mount Washington.
