Enjoy all that Mt. Washington valley has to offer in an luxurious updated townhouse just steps away from the East Branch of the Saco River and a cross-country ski trail. Conveniently located between North Conway, Bartlett and Jackson, 10 to 20 minutes from most major ski resorts (Attitash, Cranmore, Bretton Woods, Wildcat, Black Mountain, etc…), hiking trails, Saco river, Echo Lake, Settler shopping outlets and Storyland.

Enjoy the onsite outdoor pool and tennis courts included during the hot summer months. Stay cool in the summer months with a brand new split system A/C and cozy up in the winter with a propane heated fire place.

The unit has 3 bedrooms. Two with queen-bed, and one room with 2 bunk beds and a trundle. The new couch also offers a queen memory foam sleeper. New full bathroom and half bath. We have WIFI, Netflix, Hulu & Disney Plus. Enjoy all the amenities of home with a full size kitchen, new appliances, washer dryer, TV in the main room and bunk room. You can also enjoy grilling on the attached porch or enjoy rosting marshmellows in the fire pit.

The plan was to have a family vacation with my son and granddaughter and my mother/great grandmother. Possibly bring granddaughter tubing unfortunately family members could not make it . I did enjoy the place. I did go skiing. One thing I was hoping for and sore in the photos was the fire pit on the deck and fire pit in the yard? I was hoping to use one or the other.

Nicer size for 4 adults. One of the main bedrooms was tight but when there is so much to do in the main living area with games and seating plus everything to do in the surrounding towns, well we went to sleep quick on the comfy bed and were refreshed in the morning for another day of adventure. The kitchen has everything thing you need. Heat and air conditioning work great too.

Great condo for a family trip

We had a great stay at this cozy condo which was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool and that we could walk to the river.

Our family came up for a quick visit to Storyland. We have 2 kids and brought our parents to enjoy some family time. The space was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. The location was great being only a few minutes from Storyland and downtown North Conway. My kids favorite part was taking a morning walk to the River and train bridge within the condo complex. Overall great place to stay any time of the year. I would recommend it and would definitely stay again.

Home Away from Home

The place was very cozy and well equipped. Having a pool in the complex was nice, and the outdoor space was lovely. The location was great also, only 5 minutes from StoryLand, the aquarium and 15 from Outlets.

Enjoyable visit to New England

We had a very nice stay here on our trip to New England! The condo was clean and comfortable. My kids loved the bunk beds! The area is quiet but close to restaurants, a grocery store and lots of outdoor activities.

This condo is a split level, which means the bedrooms are downstairs and partially underground. Unfortunately, the bedrooms all had a musty smell and kicked up allergies for everyone in my family. The couch needs updating (saggy & uncomfortable). Otherwise, the condo was nice. It was well equipped and clean. The location was great too.

place was very comfortable, plenty of space for everyone (including living room and dining room table!), and a very user friendly kitchen. great location in between north conway and jackson.

Long weekend getaway to enjoy fall colors

Great stay. Lived up to expectations. Easy to find. Plenty comfortable to accomodate 7 adults. Bonus it is close to the mountains. Perfect for hikers.

Story Land Visit

Had a great stay at the condo during our recent visit to North Conway. Condo was close to Story Land and other activities. The kids enjoyed the bunk room and the pool. A great spot for a family trip.

Lovely space and great location

We really enjoyed this home and it was a great location for skiing Wildcat and cranmore. Kitchen was well equipped and the sitting room and beds comfy.
