Very nice duplex.

Accommodations were charming with a small but very nice fenced in backyard. Property manager was accessible and next-door neighbor in duplex was fantastic. The neighborhood is a mix of quality of houses with some not so good. However, it is a safe and short walk to downtown for food & drinks.

Best place we’ve ever stayed!!!!

Property managers were the most inviting and reliable people on earth. We had 2 small dogs with us who loved the small fenced in back yard. I would recommend to anyone. Loved Vero beach

Florida getaway

This property was centrally located with easy access to everywhere you would need to go. 10 minutes from the beach, 4 blocks from dining and shopping. The landlords were amazing and very accessible with anything you need. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Stayed mo. Of April good place close to art district and Minnie places to eat. The place was clean bed was very comfortable. Had a grill in the backyard.

Nice and Convenient

My wife and I stayed a bit more than a month Dec 2018/Jan 2019. It's economical and close to many restaurants. The kitchen is small. Washing/rinsing dishes has to be done in batches as there is only one sink and it is small (not that big of a deal). The dining table only seats 2 but you can work around that if necessary. The driveway is long and if the other unit is occupied you must exit through the alley. It's a bit inconvenient but doable. The owners were responsive to any questions or issues. All-in-all this is a great option for those who have budget constraints.

Fantastic place in a great location

I stayed here for about 12 weeks and loved every minute of it. The house is decorated nicely with a beach theme. There is a nice office space overlooking the well landscaped backyard. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. Kay was great a communicating with me and is always quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Place Great Location

I thoroughly enjoyed my extended stay at this great location in Vero Beach. The duplex is very spacious and the owners we're very attentive ensuring everything was in order. I had trouble working the new on demand cable and they we're always responsive within a timely fashion to help me get it sorted out. For me the bed is the true selling point though. I felt well rested each morning I got up. Also arriving /getting into the place is very convenient if you have a uncertain time table you will be arriving or departing such as I did. ENJOY YOUR STAY =)
