Bass fishing trip

We enjoyed our stay. We fished Headwaters for 6 days. The house was only 20 minutes away. The area was quit. We had plenty of room to park our boats. The great restaurants on the area. The host did a great job.

4th of July Stay

House was not too far from the highway so it was easy to access the stores and places we needed to but not so close that it caused a disturbance. Roads were a bit torn up, but that is not the property owner’s fault. The house was very well kept and was stocked with plenty of paper towels, napkins, dish soap, trash bags, laundry and dish detergent, bath towels and wash cloths. There was ample space for the whole family and friends. This was an excellent stay.

Needs Improvements

The house is very spacious, there was room for all. There is no city water, smells like dead fish. No good for cooking or brushing your teeth. Plumbing is bad. We made the best of our stay.

Florida Getaway

Craig is a great Property Manager. He was easy to communicate with, always available and quick to resolve any problems. I would definitely consider staying at a property managed by him. The home was as advertised and in good shape. The location is farther from the beach than we would have liked and in an area that has sand roads. Given the lack of regulations in this area there were many yards being used for storing everything from business equipment to personal items giving the area a messy look. However, the people we met were very nice.

Very spacious house but…

Liked the house alot. Very spacious and clean. However I did inquire w the owner before i made reservations if the smell of the water had been handled and he said it was. It was not. This was very dissapointing and the reasoning for a poor review. I mean if it weren’t for that i would have left a 5 out of 5 rating.
