Perfect time for a fun getaway,

Stayed in this lovely home to attend an event nearby. The home is well stocked and has a lot of extras- such as a magnifying make up mirror, corn hole, and a pool umbrella, etc. The home is decorated so cute. Everything is comfortable and laid out well. I would definitely stay here again.

Great relaxing weekend!

I went with several author friends so we could focus on a book we’re co-writing. We got a ton done and had a great time. Very clean and perfectly designed for visitors. The owners were prompt communicators and very kind.

Perfect getaway

We had such an amazing time staying at this beautiful property. It was very clean, well stocked, beautiful backyard with enough lounge chairs for everyone. The property has pool noodles, swim floats, towels, umbrellas, etc. They have really thought of everything. Communication was amazing. Would definitely recommend this property and we will be coming back for our annual teacher getaway.

Perfect Vacation Destination and Home

As always, this home made for a perfect vacation for me and my boys. This is our third time staying here and we loved it as much as ever. It was super hot, so we enjoyed relaxing inside during the day and then night swims each evening. Great location, we had a nice trip to Joshua Tree, the movies, great restaurants, etc. The house has everything you could ever need - and the owners are super thoughtful and responsive. I’ve stayed in other homes while traveling; however, none that are as comfortable while also feeling luxurious. We loved every moment- thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us once again!

Desert vacation

This house is just like it looks in the photos. The pool area and backyard are a lovely place to spend the day. There is a hot tub, a fire pit, and a large grill and eating area with a stunning view of the mountains. The inside is beautifully decorated and there is a large living room with a big tv. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a quiet courtyard to sit in as well. We came here with our three teenage children and hope to return soon!

Wonderful Property and Host

Immediately felt right at home. Much better than anticipated, and everything as presented in overview. Jan was terrific and extremely responsive and helpful. Our first visit to your home, but hopefully not our last ... we hope to stay in the future on our at least annual visits. We have been visiting the area for over 50 years. Beautiful views from yard and comfortable outdoor furniture and facilities. Thank you so much.

Great family getaway!

Stayed 6 nights in this lovely resort-like home and want to go back soon! The home exceeded our expectations! We had 6 adults and we were more than comfortable! While we did leave to see some sights, we were perfectably happy at the home playing in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, playing corn hole or putting on the putting green. We are just a couple hours drive away so we brought lots of things we thought we would need. Next time we won't need to do that; they have the home nicely stocked with everything needed to cook, bake, grill. All utensils and tools needed. Beds and bedrooms were all comfortable with plenty of storage and bathrooms had plenty of towels as well as plenty of pool towels. There are even some pool noodles and floats for the pool...really, everything. Neighborhood location was close to all things La Quinta. It was quiet and safe with beautiful mountain backdrops. Jan and Mike were very responsive. They truly care about their home and guests. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful House

This place is just simply beautiful. I could not have booked a better place. I love how clean and fully stocked this place is. I've stayed in other places and they don't have as many things like this house. Games, extra blankets, extra towels, fully stocked kitchen (without actual groceries of course). In other words we didn't need anything during our stay. Jan was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I will definitely come back.

This property is well appointed and so well located near the trails. The various retreat spots around the home were intimate and the backyard with pool, spa and putting green was so healing! Stayed here for a weekend lacrosse tournament at Polo Fields (less than 15 min). Every amenity we could have asked for. Detailed instructions on how to do everything. Great stay!

Birthday celebration

We booked this lovely home to celebrate our friends 65th Birthday. The property is as listed . Close to walking trails and mountains . Great appliances, new coffee maker with coffee, extra frig in garage . Nice wine glasses, baggies and lots of towels . The jacuzzi was perfect “hot”. The fire pit is gas so lasted all night to sit around and visit. Lots of parking and room for all. Thank you Jan and Mike !

My wife and I live in the Seattle Washington area. We have been vacationing several times per year in the Coachella Valley for more than a decade. For the last eight years we have been renting vacation homes in the LaQuinta Cove. We believe this is the best vacation spot in all of the Valley. With this experience in mind, we purchased an ideal vista home in 2017 and began a total makeover to create our dream vacation home. We enjoy hiking, golf, tennis, eating outside, and relaxing by the pool.
We have fallen in love with this area and enjoy sharing this opportunity with friends and guests.

We purchased this property because it was the ideal size for a family vacation home and had a stunning panoramic Mountain View lot along with a full extra lot for our large pool/spa and outdoor living. We spent almost a full year doing a total makeover. We are very pleased with this project and think it will be your ideal vacation home.

-The Santa Rosa Mountains surround us on 3 sides and we are only 3-4 blocks from walking and mountain trails to the west.
-Old Town LaQuinta is only a half mile and an easy 5-10 minute walk
- Several world class golf resorts are within 2 miles (LaQuinta Resort mountain and dunes, Silver Rock Resort, PGA West)
- Well maintained public tennis courts 1/2 mile away and only 5 miles from the Indian Wells tennis center which hosts one of the largest ATP and WTA professional tournaments every March
-some of the best walking, biking and hiking paths bordering our neighhood
