We’d definitely stay here again. It was very clean and the host was very accommodating and communicative. Every inch of this entire property was well maintained and pristine.

I can't say enough about our stay in Singer Island, our unit was perfect, clean and well maintained. The manager Derek was friendly, helpful and ran a tight ship. My wife and I will there again and again as well as recommend it to all our friends.

Great spot

Was here for a wedding and it was perfect. Derek was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The units we rented were spacious, clean, quiet and super conveniently located. Thanks for a great trip!

Beautiful Property

The location is close to everything. The property has beautiful landscaping and courtyards. The overall property is well maintained. The owner manager is on property everyday. Our room was very comfortable and nicely decorated.

A hidden gem.

Very clean, comfortable, well furnished and maintained. You can tell the owner takes pride in this place. Derrick is on top of everything and very personable.

Another great stay here!

This is our second year in a row that we have stayed at this property- and it was again fantastic! Excellent hospitality form the owner; clean rooms that seem to be consistently upgraded- new doors from last year. Apt style room was perfect and we traveled our 2 year old. 2 minute second walk to the beach accross the street. restaurants and a couple of parks near by. great location & great place to stay. we will be back again within the year!

Superb!

The property and unit is just as the pictures show. Walking distance to everything! Or ride a bike provided at the complex. All wonderful amenities to enjoy the stay. Beautiful courtyard for outdoor dining and relaxation. The unit was immaculate and just perfect! Derek the manager was there to answer any questions and help in any way if need be. Can’t wait until I can return to Singer Island and will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely stay

Our apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was small but set up well. There is a beautiful courtyard right outside the door with tables and lounge chairs. We often brought our meals or drinks out there. The beach is a short walk away. We also spent time at the pool onsite. The property manager Derek was great- very welcoming. He offered tips on restaurant etc. This place was exactly what we were looking for and if we come back to this part of FL we will try to stay here.

Nice beach getaway

The property was nicely kept with just enough space to relax indoor and out. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and eat in. Outside we’re tables and chairs to relax. It was nice having access to beach chairs! A walking distance from the beach and a handful of restaurants. Derek was wonderful to work with and accommodated our early arrival. One thing I would make note of if you’re staying for a few days an wanting to see the area, it may be worth getting a rental car. With a one way drive to most places being a $20-$30 Uber ride, it was cheaper to just rent a car. If you’re not planning on going anywhere far or often, or just want to go to and from the beach, you’re probably fine with Uber.

Convenient Location

The unit was spotless and very quiet. The bed was very comfy and it was a 3 minute walk to the beach. For a relaxing weekend, you can park your car and walk to the beach and the inlet and several restaurants.

We are family owned and operated since 1997, and take great pride in offering a comfortable beach vacation stay. Our rooms have a retro beach decor with a touch of modern. Being located in a beach town we want our guests to have an easy breezy stay. Our outdoor areas are quiet and welcoming. The town beach, which has a small kids playground is steps away. If you want to enjoy a night out on the town, we are a 15 minute drive away from West Palm Beach or Palm Beach Gardens. Check-in, put some flip-flops on, walk to the nearest bar/restaurant and enjoy the salt lifestyle.
