The house and dock were very clean. I would highly recommend this place .

I would highly recommend if you like a spacious house at the back of a quiet cove.

This place was great!

This house was great for our large family! There was plenty for the kids to do and everyone loved the two story dock. The kitchen was well supplied and had plenty of everything for our 30 member group.

Quiet cove

House was nice and clean, fully stocked kitchen. No phone service, but Wi-Fi worked. Family enjoyed our stay!

Extremely clean house with a beautiful view of the lake. It was refreshing to see dining room tables set up that actually fit a large family. Only thing that was difficult was all of stairs in house & to the dock. But if you need that much room & are staying on Norris lake that is what you can expect. The dock was well appointed. We had one day without a boat or sea doo and the kids found plenty to do on the dock. Jumping off second story, using the slide, kayaking, laying out on the swim pad. Also the WiFi is great but if you have AT&T dont plan on phone service. Wasn't a problem for us at all.

Thank you! We are glad to hear you had a great time. Our cleaning crews are some of the best! With the lake being surrounded by mountains, it is difficult to find anywhere without steps to the dock. We built as close to the lake as allowed by TVA and have fewer steps than most homes. I want to let other travelers know that the dock pictures you posted with this review are not the dock at Hidden Treasure. Hope you will come back to Norris Lake again soon.

Amazing Hidden Treasure

Family vacation on Norris Lake, home was beautiful and all needs met. Most fun was the dock with the slide and the pontoon boat with tubing. If your are planning a family vacation on Norris Lake this property is 5 plus.

Great place to unplug

We had 25 people and plenty of room. House is just fine. Dock is great. Jon is alway easy to work with.

Refreshing and fun for all

From older folks to young children, our family was comfortable and had plenty to do. We hiked, swam, boated, sang, and played games. The kitchen is well furnished, the bathrooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. We even saw a beaver come up to the shore to eat grass shoots.

Nice place for large groups

This house was plenty big for our large group (16 adults and 10 kids). The house is situated on a nice, quiet cove with very little traffic - great for swimming off of a very nice dock with a slide. The host was very responsive when we needed additional propane tanks and to have the hot tube serviced.

Christmas Celebration

This was a great place for our family. We had rooms for each family to stay. It was very clean and very well stocked. The internet was extremely slow to non existent at times so if you have to work this is not a great place for that. It's excellent to shut off and spend time with family for sure.

Last minute getaway

Jon and Dena were very helpful as we took advantage of the last minute availability if Hidden Treasure! The house was more than fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals for our group. There was plenty of room to be together or have our own space. This was our first time to the Norris Lake area, we will be back!!!

Great gathering spot

We had a wonderful stay at Hidden Treasure. Nine bedrooms made for plenty of room for our family and friends. The kitchen was well-appointed. We loved the two-story dock with slide and the short walk down to the dock (by Norris Lake standards). The nearby boat ramp and place to store our trailers was very convenient. The driveway, though a little tricky in spots, left plenty of room for cars to park. Overall, a great spot for families and we would happily rent again.

Loved it!!

We had a great time with several friends and their families. There was plenty of space for us all to hang out together and have some separate time as well. The Lake was beautiful and so close to the house. We enjoyed the big fire pit in the evenings too. We appreciated the abundant private parking. The kids loved jumping off the top of the dock. We will definitely plan to go back again.

Family Labor Day Weekend

After coming to Norris Lake for several years this houses location and amenities exceeded all our expectations. Whether it was taking shelter in the hot tub during the rain or enjoying the slide and dock when the sun came out it was all exceptional and everyone was pleasantly surprised with the beautiful home. Needless to say, we will return.

Best family reunion ever

We had a very wonderful stay at Hidden Treasures. It is huge. We end up having about 25 members of our family come over. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty televisions. There were three patios/porches, and then also a front porch plenty of parking spaces for all vehicles The listing description is accurate. The host is very responsive to all messages.

Family Reunion

Overall, very pleasant. The hot tub brokedown, but owner was responsive and it was fixed within a day or two. Weather was not good :( but nobody's fault except mother nature.

Family Reunion

We loved the easy access from the lake house to the boat/swimming dock—not too many steps. The bedroom’s were nice and the kitchen was well stocked except for one thing—there were not enough teaspoons for eating. We had a lot of children & always ran out of spoons for eating. Otherwise it was great!

It was ok

We enjoyed our overall stay! Some improvements could be made.The water in the hot tub never got above room temperature so that wasn’t too great. The mattresses are not great either. There is some erosion on the drive up to the house that made it hard to drive since it rained when we were there. The lake location is great and not many stairs to get to it!!

Thanks for your feedback. We were not aware of the hot tub during your stay since we did not hear from you about that. We have had it repaired and a new cover added. Quiet No Wake Cove

The cove is close to Powell Valley Marina on a no wake cove. Perfect for floating and swimming with no boat traffic. The house accommodated all for a nice family reunion. Having a covered dock was a bonus for mixed weather. The kitchen featured 2 refrigerators and dishwashers and a large island along with 2 tables to accommodate all of us for dinners. The porch with the 2 large grills was perfect ( one is a griddle)My only upgrade to the house would be that the all the mattresses need replaced as mentioned in other reviews. Overall the house worked out great for large family gatherings.

Loved the location!

We absolutely loved the location out away from everything. Do be aware that it's up a winding narrow road, but it wasn't hard to navigate. We loved being away from everything and absolutely loved it's location to the water. Unfortunately, our group all came down with a virus while we were there (at no fault of the house, of course) and didn't get to fully appreciate it. Jon was easy to work with and responded quickly to our needs. The wifi was spotty, but we were okay with that. There's a house phone so you can reach Jon and use if there's an emergency. Thanks so much for providing something so perfect for everyone to enjoy!

Great Family Treasure.. Hidden Treasure is an oxymoron!

Our family consists of my wife and I, three sets of kids and spouses, and 9 grandchildren. The home was more than spacious for all of us. Meals together were special and the kitchen and dining room met the need. The location may seem remote, but with a boat we were able to explore the lake. It is quiet and the night sky was phenomenal. Even two days of rain did not hinder our time as there was ample thiings to do inside. We bought a Karaoke machine and had our own mini concert. The owners, Jon and Dena were above expectations for response and support. Hidden Treasure is truly a great venue.
