Private dock with slide and jump gate + dockside fire pit & corn hole. Flat Hollow Marina is a quick golf cart ride for dining, fuel, and live music. Brand-new build, ultimate group getaway.
Golf cart/ATV use requires signed liability waiver. Is only offered seasonally.
Cancellation policy is full refund minus 4% on or before 60 days of arrival date. Guest receives 96.00% if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival; Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away.
