The location was great. The club house was closed as was one of the pools.
The place was neat and clean as well as quite well stocked. There were a couple things that needed light repairs and the bathroom could have been updated. Parking was convenient.

Great value
Great location close to the freeways if you need to get some place and right across the street from a huge natural Recreation Area. Pool grounds or Immaculate and it's a really good value for the price you pay

Its value priced and has a location that only gets better and better the longer you stay. You can get to the airport or downtown quickly but you can also walk across the street to one of the largest recreational areas in the Phoenix area. The development is meticulously well run and kept. Long term guests will appreciate its location the longer they stay.

Close to Scottsdale, Light Rail, Attractions but also easy to get to... ASU, downtown Tempe, Lake Tempe, Papago and Rolling Hills golf courses, the Botanical Gardens, softball fields, ASU baseball stadium, and the zoo are all within just a few minutes. Scottsdale city limits are only a few blocks away.
