Mid-century. Hard-to-beat location. Historic Medlock Place has everything you need in walking distance!
Quiet. Country living in the city. Mature landscaping. Fruit trees and flowering shrubs.
The outdoor space is a garden surround. Charcoal bbq and wood fire pit. Hammock. Plenty of seating. Water feature greets you in the parking lot.
Brilliant poppy chandelier in unit. Leather sofa, bar stools. Bistro table seating for two. King bed. Ceiling fans and wood blinds. High speed wifi. Nespresso coffee maker. High speed Wifi. Sound bar. Flat screens and multiple channels on Smart TVs.
Not off a busy highway, but off Central Avenue a main artery through Phoenix. Walk across the street to AJ's Fine Foods or myriad restaurants all around us. Owners live adjacent. We are various residents and guests on a half acre. Welcome!

Location was perfect. Spent time in Phoenix traveling to various locations in the surrounding communities to attend college baseball games. This property was close to I-17 and not far from I-60.The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great. Erin the host communicated well and the instructions provided were comprehensive and easy to understand.

Overall, the stay was good and matched the listing, and I felt it was worth the price. Check-in and communication were smooth. The main issue was cleanliness and clutter—both inside and outside felt a bit disorganized, and the bathroom (especially towels and shower) could have been cleaner. With a bit more attention to those details, this would easily be a 5-star stay.

We were very hesitant to book with Erin due to zero reviews. I did as much online research I could and called and talked to Erin to feel comfortable to make the booking. The property is very centrally located and worked very well for us to attend daily MLB Spring Training games. The cottage is setup in the back corner of their property and was very quiet. There are a few other monthly rentals on the property and we barely heard or seen the other residents. Communication was great and overall our stay was great!
