Beautiful home in a beautiful town. The attendants’ hospitality made it even better making us feel at home and sharing their amazing tips for great food. Great home-made breakfast that made my entire family feel so welcomed!

A cozy riad in the Medina.

Centrally located. A tidy riad with nice bedrooms. Our host Yassine was very helpful and we were provided with a good breakfast every morning by Wafae, who also tidied the rooms. The top floor bedroom suffered a little from the noise of a constantly barking dog and a lot of seagulls, but this is the nature of Essouira I guess. We enjoyed our stay.

Authentic beautiful Riyadh

Transport yourself to the medina of Essouria. The Riyadh is situated in a great part of town. You do not see another tourist for the last 200 metres of your journey home. What you do see is life, private conversations, deals, kids playing, food being made , things being fixed and made, yarn being spun and the beautiful Arabic language bouncing off every wall. If you have never been to Morocco this is a great place to start, everything Morocco has to offer in one place without it being pushed in your face. Take it or leave it, live and let live seems to sum it up for me for the feeling of the place. Although Frederic was very relaxed he did reply within a day or two before our arrival but as soon as he put us in contact with Yassine over WhatsApp the whole stay was seemless. Yasine is a real fixer and genuine good man, I am sure he could sort anything you asked him to. Sheehan looked after us with breakfast and other household stuff. She is a beautiful woman in mind and spirit and despite our language differences she became our friend. We are not used to having someone look after us yet Sheehan made a situation that could have been awkward so easy. Thank you Sheehan ( hope I spell right). So book up, wander and relax, reset : relax your brain , that is literally how I feel after 1 week here. Until nex time

Superbe séjour, l'emplacement est top en plein dans la médina.

Yassine et Sihem sont au petit soin et veilleront à votre bien être tout au long de votre séjour. Un plus non négligeable.

Une envie d'y revenir....

La maison nous a beaucoup plus, le quartier aussi, près de l'océan et au milieu de la médina. Par ailleurs, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Yacine et Siam. Yacine nous a donné les bons plans; Siam nous a gâtés avec ses délicieuses crêpes au petit déjeuner et nous a appris à cuisiner le tajine! Faire les courses et cuisiner avec elle ont été des merveilleux moments d'échanges.

Le riad est idéalement placé. Très propre. L'accueil de Yassine est vraiment au top. Il est très attentionné et s'assure que vous passez un super séjour. Sian est très gentille et souriante. On ne pouvait rien demander de plus.

Hoe fijn zeg, je wordt opgewacht door de "manager"van het huis, Yassin en die regelt vanaf dat moment alles wat je maar wilt. De kruier staat klaar voor je koffers en je voelt je direct op je gemak in het mooie Essouaira. Thee staat klaar, en Shiam regelt iedere ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt en het leuke is dat je gewoon in het oude centrum zit tussen de locals . Echt een aanrader. Voor gezinnen met kinderen, laat Yassin ook de tocht met de Quats regelen, dat is echt een aanrader (kost wat, maar dan heb je echt een heel mooie ervaring te pakken)

A beautiful, comfortable house in a fantastic location

We are a family of four, including two children aged 9 and 11. We stayed for a week at this lovely riad in Essaouira and felt totally enchanted by the place. Most importantly, we were exceptionally well looked after by the local agent, Yassine and were provided with fantastic breakfast each day by the very kind and helpful Sihame. The decor in the house is colourful and tasteful and the rooms are comfortable; step outside the front door and you are right in the heart of the medina, with all its sights and sounds and surprises.

A Gem!

We spent ten nights in this wonderful house. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished with many charming features. It is very well located and equipped with everything you would need. The housekeeper Siham had a great personality and is a very good cook. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Yassine the agent was exceptionally helpful and always available. He responded immediately to all our request and queries. Our stay was delightful and excellent value. We whole-heartedly recommend this property

Fabulous home! Convenient location!

This home exceeded our expectations. The pictures just cannot capture the warm and comfortable ambience. The home is beautifully decorated and has so many welcoming touches. We were offered lots of helpful information from the start while sipping on mint tea offered when we arrived. Then we were given a tour of the home---beautiful, spacious rooms and two outdoor terraces. Flower petals were scattered about the bedrooms and bathrooms; beach towels and accessories were provided, and on and on. We arranged to have dinner prepared for our first night, and it was outstanding...best tagine we had during our two weeks in Morocco. Breakfasts were also delicious---fresh juice, Moroccan pancakes, pastries, etc! And the cook/housekeeper was so cheerful and friendly. The owner was prompt and clear with all instructions when we booked. And the local contact who met us, Yassine, was helpful in not only orienting us to the house but also to the area. He gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat and things to see and could easily be reached at any time. If you are considering this propery, don't hesitate. We are so happy we stayed here!

Chaleureux!

Le magnifique appartement se trouve en plein cœur de la medina....mais que dire de l'accueil qui nous a été réservé par Yassine (l'intendant) et Siam (notre perle!) Super accueil de Yassine et Bouchra. 10 minutes après notre arrivée nous avions l'impression de les connaître et d'être déjà venues. Le logement est superbe, bien situé et très propre. C'est bien plus qu'une simple location, car on ressent tout l'amour que les propriétaires ont mis en oeuvre pour rénover et décorer cet endroit ainsi que toute l'implication de leurs employés pour rendre le séjour magnifique et agréable par une multitudes d'attentions. Un seul regret : n'y avoir passé que trois jours !!!

Excellent séjour

Ce séjour d un mois a été exceptionnel grâce en grande partie au personnel de la maison, Yassine et Bouchra par leur gentillesse et leurs attentions et de la qualité de ce Riad magiquement agencé , aménagé et décoré . Tout est fait pour vivre un séjour merveilleux. Notre crainte d être gêné par le bruit de la Médina, a bien vite disparu par la situation de la maison dans une rue calme mais très près du centre. Les propriétaires Frédérique et Emmanuel ,ont créé un climat de confiance et une relation amicale. Nous recommandons particulièrement ce Riad.

Excellente location! La situation géographique dans la médina est parfaite : petite rue tranquille mais près de tous les commerces, restaurants, les marchés, et bien-sûr proche du port et des plages. L'accueil est parfait, très chaleureux, et la location est très bien entretenue. Tout le confort nécessaire, y compris avec des enfants. Une terrasse très agréable en plus!!! Je recommande cette location sans hésitation!

Nous avons été parfaitement guidés de la réservation à l'arrivée.Accueillis par Bouchra, de caractère berbère, ce qui vaut le suivi impeccable des lieux.Son "franc parler"discret cache un petit bout de femme au grand coeur et au gout fin:)La maison est décoré avec gout et entretenu avec soin.Le personnel y est discret et agréable.Le temps manque aux échanges.La maison est reposante et bien placée!

Génial

Un excellent accueil et une réactivité à toute épreuve sur la moindre de nos demandes. La maison est très confortable dans le style local avec une très jolie décoration. Un grand merci à Bouchra (la gouvernante) et Yassine ( l'intendant) pour tout ce qu'ils ont fait pour nous durant ces 2 mois, puisque notre séjour a commencé le 15 janvier et s'est terminé le 20 mars.
