The only issue we had was the toilets (mainly the hall bath). They would not seal completely after a flush and would run. One morning we woke up to water all over the floor. We did not contact the owner, but took care of things ourselves. We also did not know whether it could have been an issue from the tropical storm. The fire alarms also went off several times at the complex, no fault of the owner.

Sorry that gapped to you-I wish you would have told me about it. I had a plumber there less than a month ago and had him inspect every toilet, sink, and shower so not sure what happened.

This condo is gorgeous!! Beautiful views of the ocean. The condo is so roomy and was perfect for the 7 of us. Very rare to find 4 bedrooms and 3 baths right on the beach. It was so clean and decorated so nicely. All of the beds were AMAZING!! The only thing I would suggest for a unit that can house so many is perhaps a sectional so that everyone could be on the couch at the same time to watch a movie if you get rained out, but that wasn't a deal breaker for me at all. I just sat outside when the kids did a movie and enjoyed listening to the waves. The owner was so friendly and super responsive and check in and check out was seamless. This area is way more laid back than Destin and the beach was not crowded which we prefer. You are literally less than 10 minutes away from the Destin hussle. You are within walking distance to several restaurants and coffee shops. The location could not be better. We hated to leave and plan on coming back next year and we hope we can book this place again. Highly recommend this place and I give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you Patrick for an amazing home away from home!!

Great condo

The condo was exactly as described. We always have a great time at the Azure and this condo was perfect. It was close to the stairs so it was easy to get right to the beach. The owner was extremely responsive and communicative. It’s also right across the street from Stewbys which is always delicious.

The condo is beautiful. but the highlight was the ramp to the beach instead of stairs. It made having the beach wagon so easy to roll to the beach.

Perfect Home Away from Home

Our entire family had such a great time and we felt so comfortable in this amazing condo. It had all of the amenities we needed, including a pack n' play for the 2 year old which was so convenient. We had an amazing view from the balcony and we were able to see the fireworks show from there as well. Patrick communicated so well with us and made sure we had all of the information we needed to make the arrival and departure so easy. We highly recommend staying here!
