Welcome to unit #117 at Azure Resort! I'm Frank, your host for this fantastic vacation property. This beach front condo is 4 bed rooms and 3 bath (Sleeps 9-12). This is a ground floor condo with very easy access to pools and beach from the balcony. The Resort includes 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, bbq grills, fitness center, & direct beach access. Additionally, the beach service is included for free (2 chairs/ 1 umbrella)!

With this vacation rental you receive a very comfortable and nicely decorated unit. To help improve your stay we provide extra housekeeping amenities such as beach towels, laundry detergent, bath shampoos/soaps, keurig w/ starter pods, and more. I look forward to hosting your group for a beach trip!

***Important Note... For any guests considering this resort for dates between 8/4/2025 – 3/16/2026, please be aware that long term construction renovations will be occurring on the exterior of the building. During this period of time there will be noise, workers, and equipment. However, there will be no heavy noise before 8am or after 6pm. Each condo in the building is affected at varying dates with direct renovations. This specific condo will have ***NO BALCONY ACCESS from 8/24/2025 - 11/7/2025***. The balcony will be locked and not accessible. The balcony windows will be covered with a blue semi-transparent safety film to protect the glass.

***Both pools open until 10/16, then one pool closes. Both pools closed 10/20 - 12/19.

***All construction timelines are estimates and subject to change. I will be staying in close contact with all guests and providing regular updates.

***This is still a great resort and pricing is discounted to reflect the inconvenience. If you are the type to spend majority of day at pool or beach then impact may be minimal for you.

This condominium is on 1st floor ground level with very convenient walkout to pools/beach. Even though this condo is ground floor, you still receive a very nice partial view of the ocean from the private balcony. Beach service with two beach chairs and umbrella are available each day without added charge.
