The unit was spacious, well appointed, generally clean and comfortable and in a great neighborhood close to stores, the beach, and Old Koloa Town. It was an awesome home base for our stay in Poipu.

We totally enjoyed our stay in this one bedroom private apartment. The location was perfect with quick easy access to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The neighborhood is very beautiful and quiet. If you would enjoy coming home to peace and quiet after exploring the island this place is made for you. We had everything we needed from the kitchen, bathroom, beach equip, towels, AC in bedroom, laundry, bed was comfortable, and our own one car garage. But, our FAVORITE space was the lovely lanai. We started each day outside with our coffee and ended our days outside with a cocktail. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Nice property

We really enjoyed staying at this property! The neighborhood was very nice and the house was clean with so many helpful amenities. We felt at home during our stay and would book again. It was conveniently located near many shopping centers, restaurants and beaches making quick runs back to the house easy. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay!

My fiancee and I loved the spot - modern, spacious, comfortable bed, great living area and bathroom, etc. Great location, short drive to the beach (with the beach chairs / umbrella / towels they provided in-hand). Will be staying here in the future!

Perfect place, perfect location

We loved our stay here!! Everything about it was as it was described. The place was immaculate, gorgeous views from the patio, and the location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect. Close to the beach and central to everything we wanted to do on the island. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Another wonderful stay!

My husband and I have rented this property three times over the last few years. Everything in the home is in pristine condition. The home is in an upscale neighborhood and walkable to several restaurants, a shopping center and beautiful beaches. The nearby homeowners and their children are very quiet and keep to themselves. Once again, we would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an off the beach location with walkability.

Great Stay!

Really enjoyed this property! Lots of windows and very open feeling for the main living area, We walked to the beach daily( about a 10 min walk) and the shops are about the same, The lanai with the BBQ is an added bonus, Very pleased with how well we were treated , Thanks!

Best VRBO Ever

We've stayed in many vacation rentals over the past 20 years with this one being the best! Every detail was thought of to make our stay comfortable and the large lanai was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the trades. Don't even hesitate to book this place!

Wonderful Stay and Location!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was beautiful, and we especially enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the lanai. The amenities were fantastic; having beach gear, a washer and dryer, and a well-appointed kitchen made our stay so convenient. The location was perfect for exploring the south shore. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

The property is very well taken care of with everything one needs when away from home. Beautiful views surrounding the area and easy walking distance to the beach, golf, shopping, and dining options. We travel to Kauai every year and would be happy to stay here again : )
