Hi, We’re Stephanie & Cy, the owners and hands-on hosts behind Unwind Sunshine. We’re not a typical vacation rental management company—this is our home, our business, and a place we truly love sharing with families from around the world. We’ve poured our hearts into creating a beautiful, comfortable retreat while preserving the coastal charm that makes Anna Maria Island so special. With Cy’s background in construction and business ownership and my 20+ years in customer service and operations, we’ve created a guest experience where the little details matter. Your happiness is always our top priority. We communicate directly with every guest and tailor our communication to your preferences, whether you want local recommendations and a helping hand or simply a peaceful, private stay. After eight years, some of our guests have even become wonderful friends. When we’re not hosting, we love spending time with our two daughters, entertaining friends and family, and enjoying the outdoors—especially fishing, hiking, and soaking up island time. Unlike many island homes where pools are tucked away in a backyard or require stairs to access, our pool is visible from the living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with direct pool access. Snacks, bathroom breaks, and keeping an eye on the kids are all wonderfully convenient. The large heated pool, lush tropical landscaping, outdoor shower, gas grill, and string-lit dining area create your own private oasis for relaxing long after the beach day is over. 📍 THE LOCATION Nestled in a quiet, centrally located neighborhood, Unwind Sunshine is close to everything while still giving you a peaceful place to unwind.
