The host was clear and concise; provided all necessary information. A comfortable home with a great location. Maybe remove the landscape fabric from the backyard; collects bugs and blows into pool on windy days.

Cleanest Air BB I’ve ever rented! A little dated and nothing fancy, which the price reflects. But it was perfect for us! Great location, steps to beach and a mile from tons of food/shops/marinas. I will say, do not rent this place for the fishing lol…my kids and husband tried every day with allll kinds of bait and not even a nibble. Regardless, no complaints about the property! 10/10!

Great home!

This home was perfect for us! The pool was amazing, the house was clean, kitchen had everything we needed. It was spacious and homey. Even though we like the beach farther up north of the island, the beach just a block away was an easy walk. Would highly recommend and will stay again!

Loved staying here! It was a perfect place to stay and relax. We were just a short walk to the beach. The house was very nice and quaint. We had no issues staying here. Our host was very responsive to any of my questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Love this property, and have stayed here a few times. This last time the cleaning lady did not show up but Christy scrambled to find another provider and gave us a discount for the inconvenience.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation! The home was clean and well stocked for everything we could need for cooking and all the beach essentials were a huge plus! Loved the backyard pool and how close it was to the beach! We would stay again!

Wonderful first stay in AMI!

We loved staying at this home in Holmes Beach! It was very clean and the walk to the beach was not far at all! Loved the pool and was great to be able to use all of the beach chairs & wagon. Christy was quick to answer any questions I had, would love to stay here again!!

Another great AMI trip

This was our second trip to AMI and we loved the house and the location of it. We could walk to the beach everyday and you can even see it from the front door! The pool and hot tub were nice. The house came with all amenities that you might need. We will be back!!

Great quiet location

Loved the location - we’ve stayed at far north end several times before of AMI, but we preferred this location. It was very quiet, lovely that it backed into lagoon. The pool and hot tub were in great shape and heated nicely. The house itself is taken well care of and has so many amenities to make your trip easy (cookware, beach accessories, etc). Highly recommend and would stay again!

Beautiful home with short walk to the beach

Everything you need for a stay at the beach. Loved the beach wagon and sand toys. Also appreciated the chairs for the beach and even a taller chair for my husband who had knee replacement. We enjoyed the pool as well. We did quite a bit of cooking in the kitchen and the kitchen is very well equipped. I did buy and leave for the house some containers for storing leftovers. The beds are super comfortable and the fans in each room help keep you cool. The bathrooms have lots of soft fluffy towels and lots of different bathroom supplies in the bathroom closets. I left our leftover products for the next guests. Great big beach towels were a plus too! We had a great stay! I would absolutely book this property again. Don’t hesitate and snag this property if your dates are available!

Perfection!

We had an incredible time at this property. Comfortable. Easy for two families to move around and coexist. Loved the pool, and fishing off the dock was fun even though we caught mostly seaweed. Garage is a bonus, as we brought our bikes.

We are from New Jersey. My parents bought this property years ago when they visited the area and fell in love with it. My mom still owns the property but I manage VRBO for her since my father passed.

We just fell in love with Holmes Beach and when we found this home with the beautiful view of the lake we had to make it our home. Most homes near the beach have a back yard fenced in with no view and all of your neighbors are right behind your yard.
