From check-in to check-out it was great. We visited several springs near the house and even fished off the dock most of the time. Even had a visit from a dolphin right on the dock.

Fantastic Family Getaway! We had a wonderful stay with our family of five! The house was cozy and well-equipped, making it very easy to cook and feel at home.We loved the location—it was super convenient for swimming with the manatees, and we took full advantage of the amenities. The bike ride to the Crystal River Archaeological Memorial State Park was a highlight, and the kids enjoyed using the kayaks every single day.The host was great to work with; she was communicative and followed up when she said she would. We highly recommend this spot for a relaxing Florida vacation!

Great place! Perfect location!

We all enjoyed ourselves very much. The boys loved the kayaks and fishing from the dock and being able to have the boat right there was a super plus! Sadly fishing wasn’t too good and the wind was blowing too much for anything too far offshore but overall the grandkids loved it and didn’t want to leave!!
