Great 2-night stay

We had a 2-night skiing trip with friends and loved the cleanliness of the condo, friendly staff and rich amenities, which are more than enough for a skiing vacation.

Pollard Brook - School Vacation Week

The Pollard Brook apartment was very comfortable for this family of 4. The shuttle to Loon was great and the outdoor supersized hot tub in the main lodge was even nicer. Great location and comfortable stay.

Absolutely perfect!

This is our second time staying in this condo and it’s absolutely fabulous. The place is well stocked and there’s lots to do for the kids. And as a bonus, they even run the shuttle bus to Loon during the week. Will book again!

Beautiful, spacious apartment, on conveniently located well kept property.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Charlotte's spacious apartment. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace and mountain views. The staff at the property were very attentive and friendly. Charlotte was a terrific host and replied quickly to any questions we had. I would recommend this apartment to anyone - we stayed during the winter and it is minutes to Loon Mountain and Lincoln town. There is also a free shuttle to the mountain which was a bonus.

We had a great time.

We loved the property, Charlotte was so good to work with. She gave us all of the information we needed ahead of our trip. My only complaint would be the size of the outdoor jacuzzi. For a resort that large, there really should be a much larger jacuzzi or more than one. Especially now with COVID, it was very difficult to get to use the jacuzzi, there was always a line waiting.

Awesome location

This was an awesome location with hotel like amenities - great indoor pool, game room and convenient bus shuttle to skiing. Perfect for skiing at Loon. Charlotte was very communicative. Kitchen was well equipped. I gave it 4 stars because it could use a few small tweaks - the bedding really needed comforters in the winter (versus thin blankets) and the hot water was very spotty. One day we only had cold water and the next day we had about 10 minutes of hot water.

Great property, lots of activities for the kids and close proximity to the mountain and town.

Condo was spacious and clean. Very functional. Resort staff was extremely curtious and helpful. Kids really enjoyed all the nightly events as well as the pool and game room. A perfect vacation.

The kids and I really enjoyed going to Pollard Brook during their school vacations. Favorites included the pool, outdoor hot tub, game room and skiing ... of course. My "kids" are all adults now and having children of their own. Unfortunately, none of them have the same February school vacation as the timeshare week I own. How do you like this old picture of us on the ski slope?

I'm retired now and enjoying getting away to a warmer climate for a few weeks in the winter. I want a new family to get the same enjoyment we had at Pollard Brook in Lincoln, New Hampshire. Even the drive there is beautiful!
