Convenient and nice amenities

Brought a group of 10 and were able to accommodate everyone’s sleeping arrangements in this 3 bedroom. Nice choice of amenities.

Renter beware! Renovated? NOT everything in the condo needs either repaired or replacing!!! Washer broke fridge going out couch stains walls and doors need repairs and pant kitchen sink and first bathroom water backs up patio door broken on one side. I could go on and on. I was embarrassed I had some family come and eat with me one day and they were shocked!!!

Christmas at the beach

We were there during record breaking low temperatures for that area. Now some may call that bad luck. But we look at it as being a vacation we will never forget.

Fishing friends

Condo was great and perfect for our group. Check in form which required 2 places to sign and 12 to initial, was not user friendly and should've been taken care of much sooner than the day of check in.

Very Nice!!

The view is wonderful!! The condo is very spacious! We loved the location and amenities! We would stay there again. There were only a few problems of cleanliness when we arrived. There were cigarette butts on the balcony and children’s underwear in a drawer. We were only given one key for our group. Having shampoo and conditioner would have been nice.

Caribe Resort DPH04

Penthouse is dated and needs repair. Paint peeling off of walls and ceiling, uncomfortable furniture, knotted rug that hurts your feet, jetted tub that doesn't hold water, a wine cooler that is broken and piece missing off top of refrigerator. Wirh all that said, the resort is beautiful and we had the best time ever!! Views are gorgeous!! Would definitely go again!!

Maintenance

The property management was fantastic. Every time I called they were very responsive. Someone needs to go in and take a look for overall maintenance like bulbs being out and general maintenance. Take a look at the furniture to see what needs to be replaced or cleaned What would be helpful is if someone labeled light switches, stove instructions

Has potential. Still in renovation ‘process’ apparently. Closet was full of decoration and Reno supplies. Very slippery rugs in two rooms. 2 of 4 keys didn’t work. Mattresses need replacing. WHITE slipcovers on chairs and bar stools. Modified pantry had microwave in the pantry. No toiletries that all other condos have - just a bar of soap. Outdoor furniture needs cleaning/repairs. AC never got below 73 - probably why there was 5 box fans in unit. PROS: Easy communication with hosts, keys were replaced. Great view.. Love the resort- over 30 stays. Hosts were friendly/great but condo is not quite ‘there’ yet.

Girls Trip

Condo was anazing!! Everything was exactly as described in listing. Huge space for our girls trip and everyone enjoyed! Comfortable beds, awesome master bathroom/shower.. gorgeous views and shuttle to beach/restaurant was convenient and easy to use. Did NOT want to leave!! Will be back again..

Fantastic!

Beautiful condo with everything you could possibly need! Bigger than the pictures, the space went on and on! Extra sleeping places everywhere you looked. Ultra clean, so comfortable and so much to see and do! The pools were wonderful, the kids had fun at the little arcade and we loved all the wildlife that was around. We just drove across the street to get to the beach, no problem at all. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and we would love to come again!

Good

The property was nice but could use some updating. The floor in the master bedroom was wet. The bathtub and shower did not look clean but location and view was beautiful.

Spring Break Family Trip

Overall it was a nice visit to the Orange Beach area. The condo had many options to swim indoors or outdoors. Parking was relatively easy and convenient. The condo itself was a little off the beat and path from everything else there is to do such as dining out or shopping. It was just a short drive to one of the beaches. Our particular unit was nice and relatively clean however there were a few things that needed to be Maintenance or updated as far as the quality of care. The Decor was lacking in effort and the fabric furniture was stained. It definitely did not have the “at home” feel. Not much space to unpack and no hangers to take advantage of the closet space. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! Just a little TLC and this place could be stunning!
