Very Nice!!

The view is wonderful!! The condo is very spacious! We loved the location and amenities! We would stay there again. There were only a few problems of cleanliness when we arrived. There were cigarette butts on the balcony and children’s underwear in a drawer. We were only given one key for our group. Having shampoo and conditioner would have been nice.

Caribe Resort DPH04

Penthouse is dated and needs repair. Paint peeling off of walls and ceiling, uncomfortable furniture, knotted rug that hurts your feet, jetted tub that doesn't hold water, a wine cooler that is broken and piece missing off top of refrigerator. Wirh all that said, the resort is beautiful and we had the best time ever!! Views are gorgeous!! Would definitely go again!!

Condo was great and perfect for our group. Check in form which required 2 places to sign and 12 to initial, was not user friendly and should've been taken care of much sooner than the day of check in.

Maintenance

The property management was fantastic. Every time I called they were very responsive. Someone needs to go in and take a look for overall maintenance like bulbs being out and general maintenance. Take a look at the furniture to see what needs to be replaced or cleaned What would be helpful is if someone labeled light switches, stove instructions

Christmas at the beach

We were there during record breaking low temperatures for that area. Now some may call that bad luck. But we look at it as being a vacation we will never forget.

Girls Trip

Condo was anazing!! Everything was exactly as described in listing. Huge space for our girls trip and everyone enjoyed! Comfortable beds, awesome master bathroom/shower.. gorgeous views and shuttle to beach/restaurant was convenient and easy to use. Did NOT want to leave!! Will be back again..

Fantastic!

Beautiful condo with everything you could possibly need! Bigger than the pictures, the space went on and on! Extra sleeping places everywhere you looked. Ultra clean, so comfortable and so much to see and do! The pools were wonderful, the kids had fun at the little arcade and we loved all the wildlife that was around. We just drove across the street to get to the beach, no problem at all. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and we would love to come again!

The property was nice but could use some updating. The floor in the master bedroom was wet. The bathtub and shower did not look clean but location and view was beautiful.

Spring Break Family Trip

Overall it was a nice visit to the Orange Beach area. The condo had many options to swim indoors or outdoors. Parking was relatively easy and convenient. The condo itself was a little off the beat and path from everything else there is to do such as dining out or shopping. It was just a short drive to one of the beaches. Our particular unit was nice and relatively clean however there were a few things that needed to be Maintenance or updated as far as the quality of care. The Decor was lacking in effort and the fabric furniture was stained. It definitely did not have the “at home” feel. Not much space to unpack and no hangers to take advantage of the closet space. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! Just a little TLC and this place could be stunning!

Would rent again!

The whole weekend was awesome! Everything was made so so easy, checking in, parking, all of it! We all enjoyed ourselves. The condo has a beautiful view and so much space!! We LOVED it!!!

Great stay, some disappointment

First time using vrbo so was hesitant but we were overall pleased with the property. Property was as describef and accommodated our family of 13 well. We did find it disappointing that there are so many fees including a hefty cleaning fee when was required to clean the property ourselves to avoid additional fees (per property's email). When slipped our shoes off we realized the floors werent cleaned and feet became covered in sand during walk thru. The rug in living room was worn and in need of cleaning, would have black feet from walking on it. Location was convenient, wonderful views, easy communication with owners. Enjoyed Caribe and this individual unit. We would definitely book again.

Very clean and accommodating

I’ve stayed at the caribe for over 20 years; this is probably the most beautifully furnished unit. Very well stocked with dishes, etc.
