Best house ever

We had an absolutely amazing experience. The house was beyond words, just amazing. It was so beautiful and the views were priceless. I can't begin to describe just how amazingly beautiful the entire house and property are. I didn't want to leave. We came for a wedding with my adult kid and husband and everyone was just blown away with this house. We are giving the link to the home out to all our friends. This house had 7 bedrooms with more than enough places for people to sleep. The beds were super comfortable too! There are two kitchens!! The property sits adjacent to a winery, so you can just walk next door she go wine tasting. I loved the location, the house, all the amenities and the price was surprisingly good. Thanks for a great experience!

Milestone birthday celebration

We gathered to celebrate my mon’s 90th birthday. The home was perfect for our family. We all slept comfortably, had our meals together, played games and enjoyed each other’s company. The kitchen was big and open allowing us to gather and cook together.

Perfect location in Wine Country

Wonderful home, large enough to fit our entire wedding party and down the road from our venue and all the wineries! Clean, beautiful views and so much space!

Cleanliness and maintenance

Hi We were very disappointed with cleanliness of surrounding and backyard. We had to walk all bench and floor to have dinner outside. Inside house we had lots of maintenance issues. We were there for family reunion and we had to deal with maintenance guy coming and fixing all day. Our shower door, ac didn’t work cool. Bathroom flush not working, we had to wash roof top balcony since it’s full of dust and we had people allergic to dust. Hot tub outside not heating good. Dining table chairs were broken. TV was not streaming and not working. No soaps and shampoos in bathrooms. We were disappointed with 3 days stay since we had to deal with lots of issue. Hope you guys compensate us somehow!

Amazing place to stay. Highly recommended!

This place is great, spacious and beautiful. The internet is fast, too. The hosts are professional. Checking in and checking out were super easy. They gave me a link to their app that has a thorough description for everything, so I don't need to ask the hosts too many questions. Communicating with the hosts and the AvantStay team was also super easy and smooth. They always answer promptly. My guests are happy and satisfied with this place. I will definitely book this place again in the future.

perfect location for our stay

Our daughter had her wedding recently at a winery in Temecula, and this property was located perfectly for our needs. We have a large family, so this spacious property was great. The local property managers were very prompt to answer our questions and needs.

Love love love!

The house is so clean and comfortable! The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook. We cooked all of our meals there and enjoyed using all the nice utensils. I love that there aren’t random plates/mugs/dishes. It looks well put together. The outdoor area is very nice as well. Nice fire pits, pool, gas grill and hot tub. We watched balloons float by every morning! So cool. We also took long walks around the neighborhood. We could not have asked for a better stay that included lots of rest! Thank you!

Beautiful Vacation Home

Home was beautiful; spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and closets; every amenity provided; great game room with board games, pool, poker, and foosball. TV’S in every room; great kitchen and eating areas; Exquisite outdoor patio with cabanas and lighted grotto. Hot air balloons hovered nearly every morning. For our family - 10 adults and 8 kids ages 1 to 15, it was absolutely perfect!

Paradise in Wine Country!

Impressive property! Wow! was the first impression. House was more than adequate for our family get together. Rooms were large and the beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was fabulous and had everything we needed. Jacuzzi was a big hit, and the firepit was great for making s'mores! Close to wineries, and you can even watch the hot air balloons from the patio everyday. Great house!

Beautiful Villa in Wine Country

Absolutely beautiful villa. The pictures on the site don't even do it justice. We traveled to CA for a daughter's wedding at another venue. We had our entire family: kids, grandkids, parents and grandparents stay for the week. 21 of us in all and had a wonderful stay. The home had plenty of room. Even with that many people you never felt like you were cramped or stepping in one another. The rooms were spacious and there were plenty of beds for the entire party. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook for a large family like ours. Plenty of games and fun things to do; pool table board games, corn hole, ping pong, hot tub. It kept our teenagers and young children entertained. AvantStay were wonderful hosts. They gave us easy check in instructions well in advance. Checked in on us via text periodically to see if we needed anything. We felt they were available if anything were to go wrong (which nothing did). Their app gave instructions to operate every on the property which was very handy. Overall, an excellent stay, we truly didn't want to leave. We would highly recommend both this villa and AvantStay.

Awesome view, very nice place.

Aside from a broken sink in the master bedroom, the place was perfect for our bridal party, lots of space, top floor view has awesome many places to hang out and get ready before the big day.

We enjoyed our stay, the house and location are great. House come with well stocked essentials, kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials and utensils. We cooked many meals during our stay.
