You also have the option to rent an attached casita available; with own driveway, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom for an additional fee of $100 per night plus $75 cleaning fee. The attached private Casita (guest house) with small living room, fireplace, kitchen, bedroom with queen bed , 55` tv in bedroom, full bathroom with jetted tub, own private driveway and entrance for an additional $100 per night plus tax and $75 cleaning fee. Entering home you will feel a sense of openness with high 16` ceilings in the Foyer and Great room. Great room will lead you to the dinning room and bar area which is next to a large chefs delight kitchen. Kitchen features; Marble counter tops, 6 burner Viking cook top, 2- refrigerators, dish washer, digital wine coolers and a sitting bar overlooking patio & pool area. Next to the kitchen you have the pool table room and family room with foosball table, couch and a 65` tv.

Rooms are situated on two separate wings of the home. Right wing you have the Grand Master bedroom with king bed, 65` tv, fireplace, master bath. Next to the master bedroom is the bonus room with a queen bed (own entrance) . Left Wing of the home you have; suite #2 with queen bed, 55` tv and full bathroom, next door is suite #3 with queen bed and full bathroom, across is suite #4 with queen bed full bath with walk in shower, across the laundry room next to pool table room you have suite #5 with queen bed, full bathroom and private entrance from the pool area. Suite #6 is a detached room (see picture) with queen bed, full bathroom with walk in shower and 35` tv.

~We take the rules very seriously! Prior to booking, please refer to the House Rules included in our listing, sample contract and contact us with any questions.

~We care about being outstanding members of the communities we live in. Please note that per our house rules and local city ordinance, occupancy limits and quiet hours from 10pm to 7am are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a fine, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.

Solar Pool heating available when weather permits, usually April thru October; Pool water temperature set to 80 degrees. You do have the option to heat pool with propane gas, which will cost extra (cost depends on outdoor temperature and desired pool water temperature.

Jacuzzi heating available year round for $20 to have water to 102 degrees then $10 per hour to maintain that temperature. Spa heating is calculated by the amount of propane used to heat it, where you will have a remote to turn on and off spa to control cost.

*Please make sure you do not use home as a venue to party or have gatherings over the occupancy limit and vehicle limit of 8 (w/casita) at all times. Violation will result in forfeiture of your full deposit. Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am strictly enforced.
* Pool heating not available November-March. Pool water will not heat when outdoor temperature are below 50 degrees. April-October pool heating is available for an additional fee, when solar does not hold temperature. We will require an additional $300-$500 deposit, depending on the nights you desire to heat pool. Jacuzzi heating available at $20 to heat water to 102 degrees then $10 per hour to maintain temperature. You will have a remote to turn on spa and off as desired- Note; it normally takes 1 hour to heat.
HOUSE RULES &TERM AND CONDITIONS

GUEST: Must be at least 25 years making reservation- ID check at check-in

Occupancy Limits:
The basic cost of renting Estate, as stated on this website, is for up to 16 guests when adding the casita (2 per bed). No guests other than those approved by the host are allowed at the Villa at any time.

Visiting Guests:
Our home is for guests sleeping at the Villa and only permit up to 4 guest to visit for the day. Host must be notified at least 72 hours in advance. Villa uses a monitoring system to detect the number of guests inside or outside the Villa. This system, coupled with our external security cameras, can verify if this rule is violated. There will be a $1,500 fine if additional guests are invited who were not pre- approved by the host.

Parties and Events:
No gatherings, loud celebrations, parties or other private events (collectively `events`) are to be held at the vacation rental property during your occupancy. Holding an event is considered an abuse and breach of these Terms and Conditions and is cause for immediate termination of occupancy. Upon any infraction of rules, Perfect Getaways Inc. may, at its sole option, terminate all agreements with you, including termination of occupancy immediately. In this event, you will forfeit all monies, including security deposits.

Noise:
Temecula has a very strict noise ordinance from 10pm to 8am. Noise levels must be kept strictly under 60 dBA during the day. Loud Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking etc) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. Guest must be mindful of their noise levels at all times; All noise outside the house MUST STOP by 9:30pm and should not resume until 8:00am. This includes any type of noise, such as music, instruments, loud voices, etc.

Violation of this rule will be subject to an initial $1500 fine, with an eviction if not corrected. This fine will be taken from the security deposit. The property will be subject to inspection upon reasonable notice to guest, which includes knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell before entry in the event that noise complaints are issued. The guest understands that this may occur anytime during the guest`s stay if there is noise or reasonable suspicion of a party or any other violation of the house neighborhood rules or city ordinance. Villa uses electronic systems designed to measure the noise level outside of the Villa.

Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property grounds. This includes any type of cigarette, cigar, pipe, vapor, hookah, etc. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit, damage liability up to $1000. This fine will be taken from the security deposit.

Pets:
Only permit small ( under 15lbs) hypo-allergenic pets for an additional fee ($60 per pet) Maximum of 2 at all times.

Parking:
All cars must be parked inside the Villa premises. No cars should be parked on adjacent public roads. Maximum of 7 vehicles at all times.

Vehicles:
No motor homes or non-standard vehicles are allowed inside the Villa premises. Violation of this policy will result in a non-refundable $600 fine. This fine will be taken from the security deposit.
Customer Service
We want your stay at our home and the Temecula area to be as fun and memorable as it can be. Because of this, our property manager will greet you and your guests at check-in, or shortly after check in, to make sure you know how to operated everything in the home, and to answer any questions you may have about the property, nearby wineries, local events, etc.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is SHALLOW! Diving is STRICTLY PROHIBITED as it is extremely dangerous and could result in severe injury or even death! No glass containers may be used near the pool. Responsible Guest shall inform all other guests of this rule, and will be responsible for making sure this rule is enforced at all times. Any personal injury as a result of a guests diving in the pool shall be borne solely by the Responsible Guest.

Pool Heater
Solar pool heating available during the warmer months, usually (April-October) , When solar is not available you can request the pool to be heated to 80 degrees. But because our home uses propane gas, which is much more expensive than natural gas, there is a fee of $150 per day with a 2-day minimum as we need to start heating up the pool the day before. Pool heating only available March thru October

Jacuzzi Heating:
Available year-round for $20 to get water temperature to 102 degrees and $10 per hour to maintain that temperature.

Children:
Children are most welcome at Villa. Responsible Guest signing the rental agreement shall be responsible for supervising all children in the pool area as there is no lifeguard on the premises.

Security Cameras:
Guest understands that Villa features video electronic surveillance on the exterior of the house for guest security and to ensure that the rules of the community are respected. Guest acknowledges that Villa may be under
