The house was clean. We really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. The Internet was great and had good speeds. The kitchen had most of the items we needed.The property owner doesn't allow changing the temperature on the thermostat but after calling the property manager the owners adjusted the thermostat to a comfortable temperature and it was not an issue after. The only other complaint we had were the mattresses on the beds. They are extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than these two items the house was great and served our needs.

What an awesome home and location! The house was clean and stocked well. The pool and hot tub were a hug hit. We were worried about the distance and difficulty getting to the beach but were pleasantly surprised by how close and easy it was to get to. We loved the quiet and calm that Salvo provided and were also happy that we could find fun things to do just 20-30 minutes away. It was a great week at the beach!

Outstanding

Location was gorgeous, quiet community with very close and easy beach access, a little hard on trying to find stores nearby for basic essentials but we managed… house was clean and spacious and had plenty to do inside on rainy days.

Great stay!

Wonderful, quiet location close to the beach. Loved that we were texted a code to get in, very convenient. Nice house and the living/bathroom areas were very clean, the only thing we noticed was the carpet probably needs replaced sooner than later; it was pretty stained. But we had a great time!

Great Location

This house was in a great location. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The pool table was also nice. Overall the living spaces were comfortable. The kitchen was clean and had most of what was need to cook. An ice maker in the refrigerator would have been nice but not a deal breaker. Our only negative experience was the beds were extremely hard,

Family Vacation

Overall our stay was okay. We were disappointed with paying as much as we did and still had to bring our own bath and beach towels. We also had to supply our own linens. There were only 2 trash bags given which got filled very fast. No salt or Pepper, some of the necessities especially when traveling a distance. There were also numerous dead centipedes laying on floors.pepper,not a single extea thing in the house.

Short walk to beach

We really enjoyed the laid back vibe in Rodanthe/Salvo. This house is in a great location. The house is a short walk to the beach which was great. The pool and hot tub were nice. The kitchen floor felt sticky. Many dishes that we pulled out were greasy and dirty. The carpet does have stains but the beaches down here have some black sand mixed in that do doubt plays a factor in this. Our feet were black from this layer of sand. Overall, this was a nice rental. We enjoyed our stay.
