Hello, We are glad to hear you had an enjoyable vacation in Playa-N-Waves, but of course we are dismayed to hear of the places we fell short for you. We appreciate the maintenance details you shared and are grateful for the opportunity to address them. Please accept our apologies for the communication error regarding the towels. This year our phone and message volume has increase dramatically (with Covid-related questions and adjustments to travel plans) and, at times, the volume on inquiries exceeds our capacity to reply in the prompt manner to which we always strive. Please know that we are investigating what might have caused your shortage of four towels. This will help us ensure other guests do not find themselves in a similar situation going forward.
