It’s great that you appreciated the well maintained home and that the early check-in made your arrival even smoother. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced during your stay, Jared. The refrigerator issue and the resulting inconvenience were certainly not the experience we want for our guests. We also regret that you had difficulty getting timely responses regarding your concerns and refund. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we'll ensure your feedback is shared with the appropriate team for review.

Hello, We are glad to hear you had an enjoyable vacation in Playa-N-Waves, but of course we are dismayed to hear of the places we fell short for you. We appreciate the maintenance details you shared and are grateful for the opportunity to address them. Please accept our apologies for the communication error regarding the towels. This year our phone and message volume has increase dramatically (with Covid-related questions and adjustments to travel plans) and, at times, the volume on inquiries exceeds our capacity to reply in the prompt manner to which we always strive. Please know that we are investigating what might have caused your shortage of four towels. This will help us ensure other guests do not find themselves in a similar situation going forward. Thank you again for taking the time to help us with our continual improvement goals! We look forward to seeing you and your family again soon!

We are so sorry your experience included so many disappointments. Please know that we are always eager to remedy each and every concern as soon as it is brought to our attention. We appreciated the opportunity to address these items so that other guests would not have a similar experience. Thank you for helping us in this way and please accept our sincere apologies for falling short duing this stay.
