This property was great for our family. Four nice sized bedrooms and lots of space upstairs to sit. Close to both the sound and ocean. The hot tub was warm and ready to go but was leaking, but still functional—we let the management group know and they were immediately responsive. The pool was a nice alternative to the beach so early in the season. Anything that we had concerns about the management company was immediately responsive about, we were very satisfied with our week stay for spring break.

Lovely property. We really enjoyed the pool and the large dining room table that fit all 10 of us! The area is wonderful and just the right speed if you're looking for not crowded but still beautiful and a place with all the things.

Great location for family fun!

A good home in a wonderful, quiet, beautiful location. Nice-sized pool for younger children. Salvo is gorgeous!

Cute & Affordable

The house and location was super cute. Short walks to the beach and sound, close drive to everything. There were some damages from previous stays however, when management was contacted, these were quickly resolved.

Quiet Neighborhood

Great place for kids to ride bikes down the street or hang out at the house. Beach is a short drive or a medium walk away. Clean and spacious inside.

The place was beautiful and the real estate company Surf and Sound were great about handling any issues right away. The place was pristine and the pool was fabulous. Loved the fridge in the tiki bar area. I would have given 5 stars but the light inside the pool was broken for our stay so we didn't really swim at night, the television remotes had no batteries in them, there were 3 chairs broken upon our arrival that we then moved to the trash, the main living room couch was broken when you reclined and required someone to help you get out of the recline, and the television in the bunk bed room was broken(which the realtor came out right away to fix).

Nice house a block from the beach access. Wonderful private beach, our property manager went above and beyond for our entire stay. The only hiccup we had was that the property listed beach chairs and accessories but they were not usable. The property manager went out of their way to help us with accommodations so our stay was as relaxing as possible.

Laid back location

Salvo is a great location for those who just want to spend time hanging out at the beach or enjoying time with family but not too far from the hussle and bustle of mainstream OBX if you want to. Bay Dreamin is a beautiful home with just about everything you could need. Clean and spacious. Rental company was attentive and courteous. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to enjoy some OBX time.

Wonderful experience!

We enjoyed every minute of it! The pool and tiki bar provided the perfect afternoon activity after a long morning at the beach. Such a great family spot!
