Thought we had access to beach but had to walk down street to access. The elevator wasn’t working till last 2 days. The home and deck are beautiful. Communication with property manager was quick and helpful.

Bad master suite no ice maker bad coffee pot not 1st class appointments metal dining chairI

I couldn’t get into the master bedroom door. No ice maker worn furnishings cheap kitchen appliances. Definitely not a 10,000 a week place!

Beautiful, but not so comfy

The views were AMAZING from this home! The house itself was gorgeous, but the kitchen chairs were impractical especially for women with wide hips. The chairs are not what is seen this the listing, but metal chairs painted to give an aged look that had a short metal back that came down on the sides. The mattresses here were mostly hard, so if you’re not used to a firm mattress, be prepared to feel like you slept on a slab of concrete lol. The owners sent an order of freshly made muffins from a local shop on the first morning in the home, which was a wonderful surprise! Also, the kitchen was definitely fully stocked!!

Overall great

We were told check-in was at 4 o’clock, but we were not able to check in until six because there was still a cleaning crew present. This was a little frustrating after a long day of traveling. Also, the Jets in the master bedroom did not work in the tub. Other than those two items, the house was beautiful and we could not ask for a better location to the beach.

Location !!!

House was nice and pretty well equipped. It was also large enough for all my grown children and my grandchildren. What I loved more than anything was the location, when I say it was right on the ocean, it really was and that more than everything else was most important to me. Weather on the beach or on the deck I loved it. My family made memories that will last their lifetimes! Thank you!!!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home full of amenities. Very well equipped kitchen, furnishings are comfortable inside and outside, activities at the house for adults and children like the basketball goal and pool table. The elevator was a little odd trying to operate it so we mostly took the stairs. Loved the little tiki bar outside on first floor where there gas grill is located. Overall this may be the best rental we’ve stayed in the past five years renting different ones. Low key area makes it great!

too much broken

cleaning staff should have noted problems before we got there. oven didn't function - entire stove had to be replaced on the 4th day of our stay. toilet not flushing, tp holder hanging off the wall. sand seeping in all of the doors and on the tile floors. overall poorly maintained. realty staff promised to return our calls with status, which didn't happen. could not recommend this house. fortunately, seeing family at reunion made up for the physical shortfall.
