“Hatteras is Heaven”
This was our family’s first stay in Hatteras and we prefer it to our recent vacations in Avon. This home was a perfect size for our group of 10. We loved that it had an elevator for Grandma, a pool, media room and beautiful beach.
We completed the Housekeeping survey when we arrived and found the house to be in immaculate condition. Our concern is that their was not a maintenance checklist we could refer to. We would suggest that one should be available to help the real estate co know the state of the house when the new renters arrived. This would help them In their attempt to keep everything as it should be. We failed to call them every time something came up, because we didn’t want a stream of repairmen in the home with babies napping. When we departed, we shared our list with the real estate company
