Reelin' Inn - Hatteras; Spectacular Sunsets, Dog friendly, WiFi, and Hot tub!

Reelin Inn Is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Hatteras Village. Hatteras Village is a quaint beach village with a laid back vibe.

The home has a reverse floor plan with four bedrooms; 1 king, 2 queens, and 2 single beds; and 2 full baths (sleeps 8). Home has well equipped kitchen with bar seating for 3 and a dining room that seats 10. (Open lay out is great for creating lasting family memories). Our home offers stunning views of the waters of the sound and sunsets from the hot tub, which is on the lower tier of the double tier deck in the rear of the home. Reelin' Inn also boasts an outdoor shower to get the sand off prior to entering the home after a day at the beach, and a screened in porch area for seating. Living area and one bedroom are located on the top floor. Remaining bedrooms and the washer and dryer are located on the first floor.

Reelin' Inn is located close to several marinas for fishing, the ferry to Ocracoke Island, the Hatteras Island Ocean Center, Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, and The Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum, etc.

Come enjoy the many water sports and the beautiful beaches of the Hatteras National Seashore (less than 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to HOA beach access from your front door).

The closest beach access point is the HOA path right across Route 12 from the Hatteras Village Civic Center.

Reelin' Inn has 24 hour (exterior only) video security monitoring.

We will consider authorizing up to two dogs per stay. Completion of a pet addendum is required prior to receiving approval. There is an additional fee of $125 per stay. NO other pets are considered due to owner allergies. Dog approval will be conveyed over the VRBO platform. We aim to verify the approval within 24 hours of receipt of the completed Pet Addendum.

The beds will be made and ready for you upon arrival. Dogs are not to be permitted on the bed linens. Bath towel sets will also be provided. Missing or severely soiled linens or towels will result in a charge.

Wonderful family Beach week!

The house was perfect for our family of 5! The kitchen had everything you could think of to cook family meals. Our favorite was the sunrise and sunsets and enjoying morning coffee on the back deck! We saw an abundance of deer in the morning and evening!

What a gorgeous place!

We enjoyed our time at Reelin Inn, looking over the marsh at the wildlife from the back porch is very relaxing. You're close to the ferry if you want to go to Ocracoke and a short walk to the beach. If we get back to OBX, we're for sure hoping to stay again. Thank you so much, we had such a nice extended family vacation

Great spring getaway!

We had a great time. Location was awesome. Private abs quiet. The house was perfect for our family and pooch. We cooked- the kitchen was full of pots pans and spices!!

Nice Property

Well maintained property. Spacious. Beautiful views. Screened in porch & hot tub were excellent amenities. Grateful for accommodation of pet dog. All in all, a very nice vacation experience.

Relaxing Beach Week with Family

Enjoyed the home! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need for your stay. The house was so cute and decorated nicely. Loved the living room and dining space. Comfortable for adults and kids. The sunsets on the sound were breathtaking! All in all happy with our stay and the Reelin Inn! 🐠

Wonderful and peaceful

The house was clean and had everything we needed. Very quiet and peaceful! The location was great right on the sound. We rented kayaks for the week and went out on the sound in the evening. Great experience

An ocean breeze

The home was lovely and well appointed. We were traveling with two Yorkies and the home provided baby gates to block stairs and other obstacles. The screened in porch was delightful in the evening with a gentle ocean breeze to enjoy. The weather was delightful and we never needed to turn on the air conditioning. We explored several eco trails in the area and many of the beaches.

Great House Great Location

My wife and I traveled with our two kids and two dogs. The house was very clean. It is located on a cul-de-sac which was perfect for the kids riding their bikes and playing outside. The house is close to everything. The views are spectacular and even better at night from the hot tub. You will be close to great fishing spots, the ferry, lighthouse, and beach. The owners are very friendly and will do everything they can to make sure your stay is perfect. I highly recommend this house. We will definitely be back!

Memorable in our happy place

My husband and I have been traveling to Hatteras Island for almost 20 years. House has the most absolute stunning creek views. Our highlight was seeing a buck (deer) swim across the creek. The top deck is perfect for evenings hanging out. House is pretty much fully equipped with anything you may need for your stay. Husband loved the outdoor shower. Street is very quiet with literally no traffic or noise. Location is perfect for access to all of the drive beaches, shops, and restaurants. As always the days went too quickly & we’re sad to be back home. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful sunsets!!

We had a very enjoyable week at Reelin' Inn! Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and loved that they were made on arrival! Plenty of space for our family of 7 and a 1 year old. All the baby gates was a definite plus! We spent many hours on the screened in porch. The neighborhood was very quiet and we had no trouble with 3 cars in the driveway. Tracy was very responsive to our emails! Thank you for sharing your home!!!

Amazing house and great location

What a great vacation. The house was clean and tidy. It had everything we needed , from baby gates for our dogs and toddler to the necessities in the kitchen. Was great to have a dishwasher and washer and dryer that worked , as our last couple vacation rentals had issues !!!!! The location of the house was just perfect !!!! Close to the Ocracoke ferry and to our favorite spot to drive on the beach in Frisco. We are definitely wanting to come back next year , however we will have 3 dogs so not sure if that will be possible since the max is 2 :(. However very happy and pleased with everything that was provided!!!!

We purchased our Hatteras home a few years ago. Originally we had our home listed available for vacation rental through a property management company. My husband and I decided this wasn't the best fit for us and are now self managing the property and working with a great team of local professionals to help us keep Reelin' Inn clean and properly maintained. We would love to welcome your family to our relaxing oasis, and home away from home. Come enjoy some much needed R&R and enjoy all the OBX has to offer!

Hatteras Village is a quiet community and a great place to relax and rejuvenate. The beaches of Hatteras Island are beautiful and uncrowded. The view from the back decks of our home are absolutely stunning.

Watch the deer, birds, and kayaks during the day, then enjoy the beautiful sunset over the sound in the evening while relaxing in the hot tub.

If some much needed rest and relaxation is what you need or the beach is calling to you, it's just mere moments away. Reelin' Inn truly has the best of both worlds!
