We understand how important the indoor pool — especially the waterfall — was to your stay, and it’s disappointing to hear it wasnt functioning as expected. Our goal is always to have everything ready and in top condition before guests arrive, and we regret that maintenance was still addressing the pool door lock when you checked in. We also apologize that the pool temperature and the lack of furniture in the upstairs bedroom didnt meet your expectations.
