Not good at all

house was good, but it was 35-40 min away from disney parks. Horrible experience with the manager, Annett. Our checkout time was at 10 and it was literally 10:10 and the manager was screaming at me through the phone “you are now trespassing MY property and you have to get out NOW” and kept on screaming at me to get out or else in a threatening manner and that we were going to be charged extra. We were just waiting for our uber to come for us. The house was not ready at the time it was supposed to, either and we did not complain like she did for being 10 min after the checkout time. Good house but will not book again or recommend because of the manager.

Pass on this house

I’ve stayed numerous times in this residential community through Vrbo. When it comes to rentals, this one has been my least favorite. First let me start by saying that I understand that mechanical problems can always arise. So the pool heater breaking down is understandable. That being said I was told numerous times that it would be fixed and it never happened. The pool was supposed to be the whole family’s “down time”. Being ignored and offered false estimates caused the whole family to rush back to a house with an unusable pool. That led to a lot of long, boring nights. It wasn’t the lack of pool heat… it was the poor communication that ruined large portions of this vacation. The photos in the Vrbo listing are old, outdated and inaccurate. Additionally the decor is needing an update, the dryer sounds like a steam roller outside the house as the whole house shakes, the pots and pans in the kitchen are bent and warped, and the game room needs much improvement. The game room is missing lightbulbs, batteries are missing out of remotes, the pool table appears to be balancing on a stack of cards. It’s so flimsy you’re very nervous using it. Additionally it almost appears to have patio furniture in the living room to sit on. The bedroom sheets and bedding could use a refresh.Be careful booking because the photos make the house appear better than it is. There are much better values in this community to rent.
