Ant problem and don’t pay for pool heat
We stayed in this house for 9 days. Very nice home but has a few issues. There is an ant problem. They are all over the plug sockets and kitchen counter and also in the main floor bathroom closest to the pool. We informed them of this and someone came to spray. That only helped for that day and the ants returned. There were not nearly enough towels/facecloths. Not even enough for each person for one day. I called and/or messaged asking for more towels at least three times and each time I was told they would send someone. They never came. We had to do laundry every day and buy our own facecloths. I also asked for the pool to be heated and they came right away to do that for me. The technician told us while he was there that they have problems with the pilot going out. The next evening we noticed that the pool was not as warm as it should be and the spa was only circulating cold water. I sent a message and was told someone would come that afternoon. We were there the whole day by the pool and never saw or heard anyone. I messaged and called each day up until our second to last day and then I asked to be refunded. They replied that a tech had been there the first day I called and everything worked as it should. They said we wouldn’t have seen him as he could access the pool equipment from outside. The funny thing is, the same day that I asked to be refunded, we were out for the day and when we returned, there was a hose in the spa with water spraying everywhere, the pool heat was working and the filter basket had been dumped on the patio (and not cleaned up). It was very obvious that a tech had been there that day.
