We are in Tuscany for a wedding and the location was perfect! The grocery store and coffee shop close. A busy road, but VERY quiet at night. Excellent stay with ample amenities and comfy beds!! Thank you Nick!

A fun week in Tuscany

Enjoyed the property very much. It is on a fairly busy street. Well appointed, comfortable house. Everything worked well except coffee maker stopped working mid stay. Not fixed while we were there. Found a nice coffee shop a few blocks away. Restaurants in the area were excellent. Pistoia was a very interesting city and just aFewMins away. Easy drives to LuccaAnd Florence

Italian Vacation

We had a lovely time staying here in Cantagrillo. The house is beautiful and very spacious. We were able to easily get on bus to Pistoia and train station for travel. We also enjoyed the pizzerias, Vesuvius for pastries, and gelato. Nick and his family who checked us in were very helpful with recommendations.

Lovely location and house but disappointed in the facilities

The property was lovely and clean and had lots of room. Cantagrillo was a lovely town. We specifically chose the property for the table tennis table, pool table and access to the swimming pool for our teenage children and for these facilities were prepared to pay a bit more than our budget. The table tennis was locked away, there was no pool table and the swimming pool was going to cost us an additional 75 euros per visit. I realise that the pricing of the pool was listed in the advert detail (which I only read once we got to the property) but do not feel that this should have been listed as a facility of the property if there was an additional cost.

Mooie, zeer ruime villa

Zeer ruime villa in dorp aan vrij drukke weg. Met ramen dicht geen last van verkeer en er is airco. Zeer centraal gelegen voor bezoek aan florence, lucca en overige omgeving. Villa van alle gemakken voorzien. In de directe omgeving supermarkt en diverse dorpsrestaurantjes waar je prima kunt eten. Zeker aan te bevelen!

Quaint Italian Villa in Pistoia

Lovely home in a lovely city of Pistoia. Our Host Nick was outstanding! So responsive to any questions or needs! The home is quaint and beautiful and well appointed. 2 kitchens! Pizza oven downstairs although we didnt have time to use it…but we wanted to! Comfy beds! Awesome bathtub in the master bath which is a selling point for me. .) Internet is good throughout the house which after i have traveled through italy js a rareity. Fabulous outdoor patios! Darlin home. We loved our stay here.

Gorgeous and spacious Villa!

If your looking for true Tuscan Villa .. this is it! The downstairs is HUGE! The rooms are beautifully appointed. The outdoors' section is a perfect area for relaxing after a day full of excursions. The layout is perfect for couples and/or families. I would highly recommend this Villa! We're looking forward to coming back and staying again! The house was beautiful! Really enjoyed our stay.

It's located near a gas station and restaurants. It's half way between the Tower of Pisa and Florence. Very clean and spacious rooms. Surrounded by the beautiful Tuscany area.

Even though I was born and raised in Milan, my entire family comes from here, so for me there's no secret about the surroundings. It would be a real pleasure for me to host my guests in this beautiful villa and sharing with them my personal insider-view on what to see/to do.

When I talk about my villa the first image that comes to mind is the expression of wonder and amazement that several guests from all over the world had just after entering inside the house. This recently built accommodation has in fact been built with fine details, well-kept furnishings and it is an authentic hidden treasure with no compare nearby.
