Located in Sumartin, this 4-bedroom villa is spacious for 10 guest and is perfect for a group or families with children. It features a private swimming pool and air conditioning.

This place has adventure, fun, and peace all rolled into one. You can enjoy swimming, surfing, and diving here. You can also unwind yourself and relax at the beach in 200m. At a walkable distance of 100 m, supermarkets are available for your daily needs.

Interiors are perfect to spend time during anytime of the day with living room having single sofa bed, TV, seating area,and dining table; open kitchen and spacious bedrooms. The home is air conditioned for ideal temperature. Th private terrace is roofed and has a fireplace to relax and enjoy a barbecue. Let your kids enjoy with the playpen and play equipment. Kids also have a high chair to use. You can also have fun with the table tennis. There is provision for safe parking.

Ferry port is very near at a walkable distance of 100 m.
