Villa Bonaca is a character property in a lovely location overlooking the harbour in the center of Sumartin. The location is perfect for a relaxing break, with great access to local restaurants, shops, the small beach area and the activity of the harbour. Our host Mrs Angela was a total delight, very helpful and enthusiastic about the island of Brac. The villa offers a good standard of accommodation with three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, separate toilet and well equipped kitchen. The outside space is a real asset with a lovely terrace for outdoor dining and the bonus of a private pool all with great views of the harbour, village and mountains beyond. The price we paid for our stay was excellent value given the quality of the property and the location. A great base for a stay in the beautiful island of Brac.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Perfect location for a holiday with friends or family. Nice pool that is maintained well. Nice otdoor seating with BBQ. House is spacious, clean an has everything you need. Airco in every room as well. House is located in the harbour of this sleeping village in walking distance from restaurants and beaches. Supermarket and boat and motorbike rental just outside the gate. I really recommend this villa.

Such a wonderful villa.

It is the perfect location with everything just a few metres away - little supermarket, bakery, fruit/veg stall, cafes, restaurants and the beautiful sea! The pool is a good size and fabulous terrace with covered area for eating. Beautiful views too. The bedrooms are basic but comfortable with air conditioning in each room. The Concierge service was so helpful and made everything really easy. Our local host Angela was really fabulous and so friendly. We loved it here. Thank you Villa Bonaca!

Special Place

Not only is this property steps from the water and has a beautiful view of the church and the town — it was my grandfathers home! I believe his grandfather lived there as well (1797-1865). It was such a special time for me and my family. ❤️. I hope to return again soon.

My wife and two friends stayed in the villa that is located above the harbour. Breafast overlooking the harbour was a treat. Very comfortable - beautiful coastline and village. Not much open early season but our wonderful host helped with great recommendations and car hire - all very reasonable.

The stunning sea views are inspiring. The picturesque Sumartin is still a peaceful place to spend a restful holiday. There are some quiet, hidden coves nearby with sandy or pebble beaches.
