I traveled through the area in the summer of 2015 and fell in love with Vermont and the area. That fall, my husband and I found an old duplex built in 1835. It had great bones, lots of natural sunlight and plenty of potential to make it a unique getaway infused with character. Ludlow and its surrounding towns and attractions made the location perfect for a year-round destination that families and friends could enjoy. The old home was in rough condition but structurally sound. All it needed was creative updating and ingenuity. After lots of hard work, many hours of labor and lots of creative DIY projects, we are happy to host guests in the the North House Lodge and as of 1/2020, add the now the Mill Place to our group as well. .
